Fast, professional, and environmentally friendly, this company is everything we were looking for! They were able to dislodge an incredible amount of animal hair from our newly purchased home. We were able to move into the space once they finished on the SAME DAY! We didn't have to worry about any chemicals in the carpets, a serious concern for parents of a toddler. We would recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service!

Chad from Chem-Dry cleaned my carpets today. He did a great job. He was on-time, very professional, knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I have a light colored carpet and red wine got spilled on a large area in center of the living room. The spill was so large, obvious to see and it soaked into my carpet overnight. I thought for sure that I was going to have to replace my expensive carpet. Chad was confident that he could eliminate the stain and I was hopeful. I watched as he worked his magic with a chem-dry chemical and steamed heat. And I couldn't believe that as I watched the red wine stain disappeared. I have used chem-dry by rose of sharon many times over the last few years. Their carpet cleaning cost is very reasonable, my carpet of 9 years still looks great and this latest example of their great service and talented employees like Chad are the reason I will continue to use them for years to come.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy Chad showed while he was out at our house. He wore booties on his shoes, put down pads on the floors where he was not cleaning carpets, placed corner protectors on the walls so the hoses didn't "ding" the trim and put a cover over our front door to prevent heat from escaping. Amazing results! AND we had a LOT of little puppy piddle stains which he treated with his Pet Urine Sanitation product. It was an extra $70 but WELL worth it! NO stains even show anymore! We had three bedrooms and a hallway cleaned AND the extra pet urine sanitation and I STILL saved money from the last other unmentionable carpet cleaning service. Wow! I'll only be calling Chem Dry from now on, thanks Chad!

Excellent results, friendly staff, best price. I called these guys the Tuesday before the 4th of July weekend to clean the carpets and upholstry in a 1979 motorhome we had just purchased. They got me in the NEXT DAY and showed up early to appointment! cleaning was exactly their quoted price, which was about $150 less than the next bid I received. And they did such a phenomenal job, you would never know the motorhome was 35 years old! Rob and Dawna we're both very friendly.
