Had an appointment today with Big Sky Chem Dry, as they were coming back to finish the project that they showed up late for last week and Tim said they forgot about the appointment today. Poor customer service, going elsewhere to finish up the remaining furniture.

I will never use this company again! I chose them based on the positive reviews; however, my carpet and rugs still have all the stains! I could have cleaned the carpet better myself and am calling another company in Kalispell to re-do them.

Worst experience we have EVER had! They came to clean our carpets and Ruined them. Not only did the stains not come out but they hired a rug guy to fix our carpets and they cut our rug to pieces. They promised in writing to fix and replace our entire carpet and now won’t respond and have opted out to fix it. We are stuck with over 30,000 dollars of work after they wrecked it. Our insurance has gone sky heigh because of them
