Well stay clear of this company they will mess everything up. My husband used there uniform company and let’s say he never got what he ordered and it took them months to get half of what he ordered and if he got what he “ordered” it would be the wrong size and have someone else’s name on it and it wasn’t just one it was all his uniforms. Then they told them they no longer need there service they tried to say everything was damaged or missing but the same uniforms they are now saying are damaged where supposed to fixed months ago and they would say there’s nothing wrong with them. Not to mention if there’s a tiny piece of thread hanging oh lord all hell broke lose. With that being said I wish there was a star lower than 1. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO USE.

This place is a scam, we have been billed 90.00+/qtr for 2 cans of air freshner that is sprayed out of dispensers that we own. They do not change the urinal mats when they are filthy. We have had to thrown away mats long before they ever replaced them. Sometimes the driver doesnt even show up as scheduled causing us to run out of towels for our business. Save yourself the trouble and do it yourself or look elsewhere for a service.

For anyone planning on doing business with this company. Let me start with how dispassionate they are. Got sick with mono and called in ONE day and got fired immediately when I came back the next, still sick. When they claim not to be a hire and fire place, they are lying. ALSO for anyone doing business with these guys the conditions inside the work place are disgusting. Your products are not being treated or dealt with in a sanitary manner. Not in the least. The mats and clothes are not clean when they are done with them. If clean clothes get dropped on the floor which they often do, they’ll be picked right up and put in the clean pile. Employees steal money out of the pockets of clothes, ear buds, you name it. Find a better location.

This company has taken the simple task of washing clothes and turned it into a giant mess. I had their service for a few months and every week was like ground hog day. On no occasion did we ever get all of the uniforms we were billed for. Of course, when any of my staff called to complain they were treated like trash. On one occasion NONE of the employees had any uniforms to wear and my manager went out to the plant to see what the issue was. The Unifirst manager told him he was stupid and demanded he leave. The General Manager finally admitted they could not fulfill their contract and asked if he could be released from it. I eagerly agreed only to get a $9000 early termination bill, which is basically fraud. You can buy the same uniforms on line for half the price and take them to the laundry mat on your own. What you save in a year will put a kid through college!! These guys are terrible.

Most unreliable linen service I’ve seen. Would definitely choose a different company if you want reliable service. Going to go buy work jeans because my uniforms didn’t get picked up for two weeks now they haven’t been returned on the third week.

Sam is our rep at the corner cafe and he is so wonderful. He is always so polite and kind. He always has a smile on his face and does everything in his power to take care of us and any of our needs. Also want to compliment Larry and his crew! I highly recommend them to anyone. To top everything off, their prices are unbelievably cheap. We had cintas before we switched to unifirst and our bill was twice as much for half of the product with cintas. Love love love this company!!

CAUTION: I had several uniforms with this co. for several years. From my experience, their service & quality was lacking. I finally called it quits when I received a set of uniforms with my company logo and a name of someone I'd never heard of. When I called to question it, they implied that they wouldn't have had them made if we hadn't ordered them. Really?? Like this is how I like to spend my time? Seriously?? Considering that I had exceeded the original 5 year commitment I told them to come pick up all of their uniforms. They did and I got stuck paying thousands of $ before I could get out of their contract. Beware of the fine print in their contract! I found out that my contract had an automatic 5 year renewal after fulfilling the initial 5 year commitment. They've lost a good customer who they'll NEVER see again and I'll tell this story over & over. So Dear Unifirst; I hope it was worth it! I find your business ethics as undesirable as the service you provided! PS: I still feel cheated by giving them 1 star. I had to or it wouldn't post.
