Scheduled two separate appointments, called to confirm the day of. When it came time for them to show up they said it was "scheduled wrong and they couldn't make it out" ..not very reliable.

Very bad customer service, I made 2 appointments and no one showed up. Both my days were wasted just waiting for them. I will not recommend this place at all.

No one ever even returned my call to start service...Orkin however answered and started service with no problem...definitely will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We signed up for their quarterly program. They would bill us but not show up to do the service. We called them to inform them that no one was showing up. They then schedule a 2 hour window for a tech to come out the next day. Again they did not show. We called again and they set up another 2 hour window for a tech to come, yet for the 3rd time they did not show up but have still billed our credit card. To many other options for this exercise in stupidity.
