I had some slight flooding in my home and my landlord was quick to help take care of it. She normally uses another company for carpets but they weren’t able to come out for a few days so she called you guys. You called her back a day later giving her a quote for a 1/4 of a bedroom and a small hallway being sanitized/restored, whatever your company does for flooding issues. Charged her $300! The guy that came out said he’s not normally the person to come out and normally works construction, however they’ve been so busy so he was all they had. He also didn’t have a receipt book with him, my landlord had to make out a paper receipt. A day later the room really started to smell and I let it air out for a few days hoping that it would go away and it hasn’t. The service was done last Friday, the room smells horrible and it was clear he didn’t do part of the room that he was supposed to of done, anyways. The job was nowhere near a $300 job, and the room still smells and they won’t come out and do the job correctly they told my landlord who is 80 years old that she should’ve just pulled up the carpet. Are you guys not carpet professionals? wouldn’t you have made that suggestion to her initially before doing the job if that’s what you guys thought was the best route before having her pay that amount of money for a small area? It wasn’t a terrible amount of flooding it was just obvious that the job was only partially done. So instead of helping her out and making it right and coming and doing the job right they told her sorry and hung up the phone basically. She was so taken advantage of and it was wrong of your company to do that! If somebody doesn’t reach out to me and make this right I’m gonna go as high up the ladder as I can possibly go and write every review that I can possibly write.
