I have used them twice, once for a maintenance cleaning and then again to clean up water damage. They did a fantastic job both times. For the water damage, they scheduled an appointment the same day to come and clean up and get fans going and the cleaning made the carpet look like it was never wet. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We would like to commend Doug’s Chem-Dry on the amazing response we recently received when faced with near disaster following our daughter’s wedding. Upon the completion of the wedding the Priest brought to our attention that the candles used during the service had dripped wax on the carpeting around the alter. Not just a few drops, a lot of wax. A quick return call from Doug ensured us that in the very small time frame allowed before evening mass, that he would be there to clean up the mess. Not only did he show up on short notice, the cleanup job was done so that you could not tell that it had ever happened. The priest’s comment to us was that “we must really know someone high above to be able to pull this off”. Thanks to someone high above and Doug.
