I got several quotes and decided to try CottageCare based on reviews and recommendations from friends. Mindy Pruett's team did such a excellent job, we decided to bypass trials with the other companies and hired them for bi-weekly cleaning. Tracie was the team leader on day 1, and we requested her for our permanent team. Tracie is AMAZING - very thorough, great attention to detail, and fantastic personality. Tracie was here today and left about 30 minutes ago. Guess what - one of my diamond earrings was sitting on my desk (must have fallen out of the side zipper of a purse before I put it in the closet - that's where the matching earring was). So I can definitely add honesty and integrity to Tracie's wonderful attributes! If you are looking for a great cleaning company, you can't go wrong giving CottageCare St Charles a chance!
