I have used Arrow as my cleaners for years. I am always very satisfied with their quality service. I took my 20 year old leather coat to have it restored, I read reviews that said they make leather look new again. My 20 year old coat looks and feels brand new, it will last me another 20 years. They put in a new lining, added my zip out lining back, restored the black color, all buttons were on tight, I cannot say enough good, they did an awesome job.

Came highly recommended from friends who are long time customers. Been twice, both times issues. First time, broke a zipper-how does that even happen? Then claimed it came in that way. We went over each piece when they were dropped off. Second, they staple a shirt to the hanger. STAPLE!

New to the area and needed to get my husbands clothes dry cleaned. I should have known to go somewhere else when I had to get buzzed into the building, very sketchy neighborhood . Once I was inside ..... service was slooooooow. I told the older gentleman that I don’t care what the cost is and I didn’t have time for him to count each item I had (which was a lot). He then told me they charge a lot of money but are the absolute best (doubt it) and there is a ten day turnaround time (which may have explained why the customers were picking up one item each, but an almost two week turnaround time is not going to work for my family). Having read the other reviews detailing the damage/lost items/robocalls I’m glad I took the items to a cleaners with fast customer service and quick turnaround time. This place is a joke.

I had used Arrow Fabricare before and always had a great experience. We recently spilled coffee on a sheepskin rug that was used during our wedding ceremony. Another dry cleaner sent us to Arrow Fabricare. It would’ve been a little pricey to do the whole rug and we didn’t want to pay nearly what it cost to purchase to get it cleaned. Jim cleaned it for us with some water and soap free of charge (he just said to give money to the needy at the next opportunity). He also gave us advice on how to care for it over the next several days. Everybody was very friendly while we were there. Will definitely go back here. Thank you Jim and Arrow Fabricare Services for saving this sentimental item!

When it was apparent they could not correct the problem, they cheerfully and promptly returned my money...and paid for all the shipping. My mother Sandra Krisztal couldn't figure out how to use google, but this is from her. Several weeks ago, a very close friend asked me for a favor. Her son had requested that she send his well worn leather jacket to have a torn pocket fixed and to put new lining in it. Looking at this jacket, I was shocked by the sight of it. My first thought was, where is the trash bin? It was not even a good candidate for the Salvation Army. The leather was thin, soiled and in terrible shape. The side pocket was torn well into the body of the jacket. The lining was soiled and in shreds. It certainly could not provide warmth to anyone. My first question to my dear, one in a million friend was, why? Why would you even attempt to rehab this jacket? It appeared more of a rag than anything that could be worn. Her answer was that this jacket meant a lot to her son. It had traveled with him on many memorable journeys and he wanted to keep it but also, wear it as well. He would never part with it. At that, I said, there is only one company that I know of, that could even attempt this miracle. I emailed Bruce Gershon of Arrow Fabricare and of course, he also asked, why? Today, I received the jacket back. When I say, this jacket looked brand new, I am not embellishing its condition. I cannot believe the transition. It looked like it just came off the rack. I was astonished, overjoyed and incredulous. I immediately called Bruce to thank him. I can’t wait to see the look on my friend’s face when she asks, how?

This is the best dry cleaning place in Kansas City. I had been going to them for years but have since moved farther out south and I've been disappointed with every other dry cleaning place. Most people are upset because Arrow costs more and they take a little longer than other places but the results are worth it. I have taken my sweaters to other dry cleaning places and they come back clean but they still have pilling. Arrow takes off all the pilling and makes them look brand new.

Arrow Fabricare is top notch. Friendly service, quick turn around, fair pricing, and most importantly, the best quality work. I am unsure who all took part my tailoring, but I know I initially spoke with Bruce and then Susie (sorry if it is spelled differently) and they did an unbelievable job. I am a somewhat unusual linebacker or powerlifter build and I had an expensive leather bomber jacket that needed tapering. I am not local, so I sent hand drawn drawings and measurements via mail, and needless to say I was very nervous. Having said that, the coat fits perfectly now and was done with the utmost care. I hope this sways you to use Arrow! Thank you again!

I am just absolutely amazed! I brought my B. Makowsky handbag in with absolutely no hope of it being able to be cleaned. A hot pink sharpie marker had been thrown in my bag and had spent a night absorbing into the leather. My beautiful metallic handbag had a rather large hot pink dot on it. I was devastated. I was blown away when I picked up the bag. Still can't believe it. The bag looks brand new. The color is fantastic. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Excellent quality repair and cleaning but I *HATE* their repeated robocalls when my stuff is done. I know where my clothes are, I will pick them up when I have the money and can get there. Their calls are often late at night and wake me out of my sleep if I forget to turn my phone off. THAT makes me really pissed off and the robocalls are from different numbers like they are trying to fool me. THAT makes me angry too like they are trying to get me to answer. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, fool. SO STOP HARASSING ME. I will pick up my clothes when I have the damn money and time.

I live in Tucson, Arizona. When I asked around town for a good leather restoration place, they all said they ship their leather to Arrow Fabricare in Kansas City! So I contacted Arrow. I have a 31 year old distressed suede bomber jacket that I was finally going to have to stop wearing because both cuffs were falling apart, the lining was ripping everywhere, the zipper tab had broken off, and the suede was in dire need of conditioning. I love that jacket and had tried to buy another like it to replace it but could not find anything similar. I sent it to Arrow with high hopes. I worked with Susie Shatz. She didn't think it would survive the cleaning. I asked her to try. It survived so we went forward with the restoration. It looks FABULOUS!!!!!! The cuffs, lining, and zipper tab are new and it looks as black as when I first bought it!!! I am so thrilled to have my favorite jacket back!!! THANK YOU to Susie and Arrow Fabricare!!! I will send my jacket back for reconditioning and I won't wait 31 years this time! I HIGHLY recommend Arrow Fabricare!!!

We took two very expensive Tommy Bahama silk shirts in for cleaning. When we picked up our order, the shirts were gone. When we contact Arrow about them, the answer we received was 'we have new people'. After now 5 months Arrow finally agreed to pay us $75 for BOTH shirts. This won't even cover the cost to replace 1 shirt! We have been loyal customers of Arrow's for over 15 years but I am so very disappointed that they created the error that caused our clothes to be lost and now won't make it right with us. Bad form.

They explained how they would repair the coat and they executed their plan to perfection. I just picked up the coat from Dalana, a professional, friendly employee and I could not be more pleased. Just in time for cold weather, I am having a late lunch in KC before driving home to Topeka.

He offered to begin restoring my antique and explained in detail what had been done already. He is a family oriented man who was persistent in trying to make me happy. I'm going to send it back and have another go at it Monday. Updates to come: In fairness; I could have handled my credit card issue sooner and may not have had words with an employee at all and for that I owe you an apology. She'll know it's her cuz I didn't cuss the staff or anything and I won't single you out. Thanks for trying to deal with me, I told Bob ,1/2 of it was my fault. Bottom line: CEO called himself Free shipping Deep discount Explanation of situation in detail From 1 to a 3 pending restoration I have a very early Schott perfect that I sent in for full restoration at the advice of the Schott bros. Company. Arrow came highly recommended. After mailing the jacket in October and clearing the charges with my credit card. I found out at the end of February that the charges hadn't gone through!! Several generic messages and some emails to the wrong email address later and the woman I spoke with was very rude and condescending. They even billed me to return MY coat!! Was even told they didn't have my correct # but then was told they left several messages.?.. Bottom line: I did my research. They do good work here but the Logistics broke down badly and I learned that I should have stood over this situation more closely. It's a small shop with maybe 15 employees so some things slip through the cracks. I would have finished my $450 repair if I had not been talked to like a fool..

Arrow cleaners is the WORST!!! Sent a sport coat to have a hole “rewoven” only to have the completely bomb the job. It looks as though they cut a patch and sewn it in where the hole was only to make it look worse than it already did. When asked about why it was don’t this way they told me it was their “ best reweave” job available. Folks if your looking for good quality work and good prices I suggest you look elsewhere, because your not going to get it here.

The best!!!!! I had red wine spilled all over my favorite "little white dress", and sure enough they got it out successfully and was professionally done! I have been using Arrow for years, they call if you if your garment needs extra care, and if so, what the apx. cost will be, and whether or not you want to proceed. There are still businesses out there that offer excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied, they will make every effort to right it!!!

My beloved grandfather handed down a beautiful leather jacket to me when he passed away. I remember him wearing it when I was a child. I am now 50. So the jacket means quite a deal to me. But the sleeves wee a little frayed and the pockets were torn. The body of the jacket was generally weathered and worn. To preserve that jacket and the image I had as a nine year old of my grandfather wearing it, I knew I had to try to get it restored. I was not at all sure anyone could bring the jacket back to life. But Arrow Leathercare Services stepped up to the plate and delivered beyond what I could have ever hoped. It looked right off the rack. Stunningly beautiful. I am so very grateful. Hats off to Arrow Leathercare Services.

I could not be more thrilled with the service and results from Bruce and his staff. I had just purchase a new leather jacket and wore it for the first time when a waiter at a local restaurant dripped olive oil down the front of the jacket. I was told by multiple cleaners they could not get an oil stain out of the jacket and would have to clean the entire jacket changing its appearance. After speaking with Bruce the President of Aero Fabricare he had me send my jacket to his attention and he was able to spot clean the jacket removing the olive oil stain. My jacket now looks just as it did the day I purchased it! Thank you Bruce and Aero Fabricare

Arrow is truly the worst dry cleaner we've ever used, and has cost us significant time and money. First, their service is downright bizarre. When you walk in to drop off or pick up, do not expect efficient service. They do not have a quick turnaround AND will send your order out in pieces, so when you come back, usually only half of your order is complete. They will call you almost daily to ask questions about your clothes - if there is the slightest wear on it, they won't clean it until you pick up the phone and tell them whether or not you want (for an upcharge) them to fix it. Even if you ask them to stop doing this, they will continue. They have damaged one item of mine and lost another. We tried so hard to support the local store, but I was so relieved when we found a different cleaners with normal turnaround times, cheaper prices, quick in and out, and not constant phone calls with strange questions.

Rude over the phone, unfriendly. Sent them my Remy jacket that I had worn for 10 years prior for minor refurbishing. Even though the liner wasn't in bad shape they suggested replacing it at a significant cost. I went along with the recommendation. Three years later, the entire liner fell apart and I was given every excuse in the world as to why they were not responsible. I will NEVER use them again!

I could not be more thrilled with the service and results from Bruce and his staff. I had just purchase a new leather jacket and wore it for the first time when a waiter at a local restaurant dripped olive oil down the front of the jacket. I was told by multiple cleaners they could not get an oil stain out of the jacket and would have to clean the entire jacket changing its appearance. After speaking with Bruce the President of Aero Fabricare he had me send my jacket to his attention and he was able to spot clean the jacket removing the olive oil stain. Arrow is truly the worst dry cleaner we've ever used, and has cost us significant time and money. First, their service is downright bizarre. When you walk in to drop off or pick up, do not expect efficient service. They do not have a quick turnaround AND will send your order out in pieces, so when you come back, usually only half of your order is complete. They will call you almost daily to ask questions about your clothes - if there is the slightest wear on it, they won't clean it until you pick up the phone and tell them whether or not you want (for an upcharge) them to fix it. Even if you ask them to stop doing this, they will continue. They have damaged one item of mine and lost another. We tried so hard to support the local store, but I was so relieved when we found a different cleaners with normal turnaround times, cheaper prices, quick in and out, and not constant phone calls with strange questions.

Rude over the phone, unfriendly. Sent them my Remy jacket that I had worn for 10 years prior for minor refurbishing. Even though the liner wasn't in bad shape they suggested replacing it at a significant cost. I went along with the recommendation. Three years later, the entire liner fell apart and I was given every excuse in the world as to why they were not responsible. I will NEVER use them again!

I sent them a vintage LL Bean leather jacket that I thrifted because it smelled foul and was faded in some places and stained in others. From some of the pictures I'd seen of cleaned and restored garments on their website plus others' reviews, I was convinced I would get back something almost as good as new. Instead, over $100 later, I get a jacket that is still faded and still smells foul, only now it stinks of chemicals instead of whatever the other smell was. If that was all I was going to get for my money, I would've spent it elsewhere. Buyer beware. EDIT 04/18/2015: I was contacted by the President of the company regarding my dissatisfaction with the service and he asked me to send the jacket back for a re-go. I was very impressed with this level of dedication to customer service. I was able to return the jacket to Arrow at no additional cost and they re-cleaned the garment and even treated and dyed some faded areas to try to bring them back. The jacket looks much better than the first time and no longer stinks. There is some residual odor, but it is faint and I am sure will fade in a few days after being out of the bag and box. If you require traditional leather dry cleaning, then Arrow Fabricare should be on your list of companies to consider.

Even tho it was right before closing time on a holiday weekend, they corrected it on the spot.
