Highly recommend. I have used ABC several times and are very happy with the results. My cat used two area rugs as a litter box and they were cleaned with no lingering odor. Also my cat was traumatized by my daughters two dogs, jumped up on our sofa and literally scared the P out of her. Again they did an awesome job. If anyone has had a cat you know the awful smell. Also their cost is very reasonable. They are honest and don't try to sell you something that you don't need.

A couple of months ago we had another company come to clean our carpets but there were several areas that had darker traffic areas. It was your standard carpet extractor but what I really needed was specialized equipment to penetrate and scrub the carpet. I saw that Chemdry had a piece of equipment that looks like a floor buffer that would also pull the water out after cleaning. It worked great and the areas that weren’t clean before now look amazing. I’m very happy with the professionalism and final results!

I always have a great experience with ABC Chem-Dry. Rich is very professional and always does a thorough job. I point out stains and what they are and he works really hard to get the stains completely gone. They are willing to move furniture around which is helpful to get the best clean.

We recently had all of our carpets cleaned by ABC ChemDry. Richie came out to provide an estimate and figured out the best deal for our situation. Once we scheduled the cleaning, he came out, was on time, and did a great job on all of our carpets. The high traffic areas looked almost new. The price was very reasonable and it only took about 3 to 4 hours for the carpets to be about 90% dry. One small downside was there was a somewhat unpleasant smell after the cleaning, but it went away after about 24 hours. Richie was very professional and treated our home with great respect. I would highly recommend ABC ChemDry.

The Technician: Jerrod. Everything you would want in a good technician. On time, hard working, attention to detail, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, proud of his work. 5-stars The Service: I have a 15 yr old carpet, badly stained in places. Never been professionally treated. Excellent results. Carpet looks almost new except in a couple of badly worn areas. Very, very satisfied. Quick drying, no lingering odor. 5-stars. Highly recommend.

When making the appointment the answering service rep really struggled to gather all the required info for scheduling the appointment with me being placed on hold several times through the conversation. We initially asked for a estimate for treating pet urine then to call back and scheduled the job in its entirely, being very specific about carpet & tile. They gave me a 1-3 window, the tech arrived at 335 and only prepared to clean carpets as the answering service failed to note that tile was part of the job as well. I promptly called the office (answering service) to have this address. 3 hours later Paula called back I explained the situation to her and she was not responsive to the complaint only to be told she would schedule me for the next available date which is 7 days out. I explained to her again that this was a clients home which we had just sold and we are needing this rectified ASAP. She was unwilling to budge in her stance, unwilling to reschedule anything sooner or to monetary compensate us for the error. The tech did a great job however the office staff is unwilling to address any problems caused by the 3rd party answering service.

Ours was a white 8x10 shag area rug that soon was affected by our big golden retriever rolling around enjoying the softness of the shag and soon was turning gray. Chem Dry did their best to bring it back. Overall appreciate the effort
