Top to Bottom did a fabulous job on my late mothers home. We communicated via FaceTime as I live in Florida and my moms home is in Pontotoc, Mississipi. He walked through each room in the house and opened up every cabinet and drawer as I explained what I wanted done. The next day he did exactly what we discussed the day before. Getting out stubborn greese stains and even pleasing my Auntie, who was kind of enough to do a walk through the day after. Great man to work with!

We first hired Top to Bottom Cleaning Services for a deep clean. They did an excellent job and their attention to detail stood out. We have a couple of Huskies in and out and this can be a challenge for anyone. We were so impressed with their work, they now come to our home on a weekly basis. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of cleaning is outstanding. We also like the friendliness and open communication from Top to Bottom. It's hard to find someone you can trust and that is also reliable, but we have been lucky to find just that. We highly recommend their cleaning services!

I had to call and remind them of the appointment. He stated that he could come an an hour later and forgot to save my appointment. He never apologized or had any empathy for not showing up at the scheduled time. I will NEVER call them again. It was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.
