I had my grout cleaned back in January and my grout looked great for about a month. Then the light sand colored grout has gone back to black again. I was explained that while the original cleaning may not be perfect results (which I understood), once it was cleaned they would seal it and would make life much easier keeping it clean in the future. Well the future has come and passed and I am out $260 with totally stained grout in less than 9 months and back to where I was. They explained that I used the clear sealant and not the "colored" sealant, which was much more permanent. At the time they did the floors nothing was even mentioned about there being different types of sealant and I was never explained the clear sealant was only temporary and not even water-proof. If I was told that I would have not even had it cleaned........terrible. It was like have a room repainted and paying some one $300 and than the paint starts flaking off in a month and then the painter explained the paint was only temporary because we used the semi-permanant paint....

My elderly mother who lives alone (90 yrs) called to have 2 rooms cleaned after a condensate a/c line was repaired and left a small area in her living room wet. Get ready...$1600.00 was their estimate and they waited for her to call her insurance co to see if they would pay it. These guys should be in jail. Be very careful if you have elderly alone!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible used them Twice thinking maybe the second time around would be better but In fact it was worse they didn’t get any stains out of our carpet and they up charged us 200 for having to treat the stains that they didn’t even get out! Carpet Looks the same as before they came and the guys were very rude and unprofessional!
