I had a water leak go unnoticed inside my house for a couple of days, and I called Servepro as soon as I noticed dampness and an odor. Servepro was prompt and informative. All of the employees were kind and gave a status report after each site visit. The equipment dried out the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation. I would highly recommend them in the Oxford area!

SERVPRO is awesome! Special thanks to Matt! I called after hours for three flooded apartments and he took care of the situation right away! His entire crew did great work and were very kind and professional, each time they arrived during the water remediation and drying process, etc. They also communicated with me and updated me the entire time, which meant so much to me. Whenever I called Matt with a question, he was there for me!! I am sure there are others, but he made me feel like I was his most important customer at the time. it was a big job, and I could not have had a better company assist us. I was very pleased and impressed! I recommend SERVPRO highly, I feel very confident you won't regret using their services!
