No one wants to go through damage to their home for any reason. Unfortunately A water heater burst in my attic and leaked to the first floor. The resulting water damage was immediately addressed by Vince and his team at SERVPRO. His calm demeanor, professionalism , and experience made a difficult situation more easily tolerated by me knowing that everything possible was done to correct the situation and keep down further damage by doing so.

We had the first floor of our home flood due to a overflowing toilet. After contacting our insurance company ServPro was at our house within 1.5 hours. The timing was excellent considering we live about a hour from them. Richard & Patrick arrived the first day. They were incredibly professional & hard working. Within two hours they had the flooring out and fans put out to dry the concrete. They answered all questions we had and addressed any concerns. Davie has been coming out to check the fans he too is very professional and thorough. The service we have received has been exceptional. Although we never want anything like this to happen again we would definitely use them if needed.

ServePro did a fantastic job. I was astounded by their quick service. After a significant water leak they were at my home within 45 minutes of the phone call and immediately started the process of drying out my home. The staff was professional, helpful, kind, considerate, and very careful with our belongings. They were thorough and answered all my questions along the way. Terrible experience! ServPro of Brandon will come to your house, take the total square footage of each room and provide you with a quote. However, when they return to clean they will not move any furniture or clean under any beds, dressers, chairs, couches, etc. This is not disclosed at the time of the quote. Basically, they charge you to clean 100% of your carpet, but then actually only clean the 50% of the carpet they can access without bending down or touching/moving anything. Who only wants part of their carpets cleaned? NOT ME! Every other carpet cleaning company I've dealt with puts all furniture up on blocks so that the area underneath can be accessed and cleaned. Find another, honest company to clean your carpets.

SERVPRO took a messy situation and immediately jumped into action! They showed up on a Friday afternoon, got all the muddy water out of the house & bathroom, pulled up the wet carpet, pad and then cleaned it all up. Then they dried the wet Sheetrock out. Amazing! SERVPRO of Brandon was sent to clean up the water damage, dry out what they could and remove the mold infested walls and ceilings. Richard, Derek and Jason were our service technicians. They always provided consistent information along with quality work. They kept us informed the entire time about everything and communicated with our insurance adjuster. Hopefully we never need this type of service again but if we do, SERVPRO of Brandon will be our first call.
