Molly Maid does a great job cleaning our offices. They come in Bi-weekly to clean our Orkin Pest Control offices and always leave the place smelling great. They take time to clean everywhere and never fail to handle any extra we may ask for. They arrive happy, get down to cleaning very fast and always are considerate of people on the phone. We are always happy with our service from Molly Maid. Our office is large, with carpet and tile, a kitchen, and commercial type "women's" and "men's" bathrooms. The girls are always on time and work diligently while they are here. Everything is clean and smells good when they are done. Each month they do "extra" cleaning like dusting the blinds and wiping base boards. They are professional, do a great job, and are always pleasant. Deborah is very accommodating and willing to send the girls whenever we need them in between our scheduled cleanings. I feel that the price is very reasonable and we always get our money's worth.

I love this service. I first contacted Molly Maid to do an in-depth clean of a home I just purchased. I am now using them to do a bi-weekly clean. I have 3 dogs and it was important to me to find an agency with staff that would not only clean my home well, but also be comfortable around my dogs. I found both. I love the way my home smells and looks when they are done. They are always on time and have been willing to work with me when I have had special needs or issues with the regular time schedule. They have never canceled a cleaning on us in two years & always come biweekly as promised. Thankfully, they have worked with us even when we accidentally have locked them out on cleaning day. They do a great job with mopping & sweeping the floors, dusting, removing trash, scrubbing bathtubs, as well as making the beds. Sometimes they leave an extra touch of a neatly or decoratively folded blanket, tissue, and/or paper towel, which I appreciate and brings me a smile. They also offer to come back for free if anything is not cleaned to our satisfaction; however, we have never used that offer because anything that we have been unhappy with seemed too small or cumbersome to have them return just for the one or two concerns. We have left a small list of certain tasks, along with our payment, to communicate certain concerns or requests and I feel they try to comply with our wishes when they can. I do wish they would stay longer and spend more time sanitizing the sinks & bathrooms and sometimes we will leave one cup or one plate & spoon in the sink and they will not clean it because they do not clean dishes, even if it's just one or two. I also wish they would leave our home with a stronger scent or aroma of a fresh clean on the days they come, especially since our home is pretty clean already when they arrive. Overall, they provide a great service, especially when your schedule is so busy that the last thing you want to do is devote what little free time you have to cleaning.
