This is the 2nd time I picked up dry cleaning and clothes were not clean. Stains were worse than when I dropped tgem off. The workers were not friendly at all when I took clothes back to confront them. This is by far the worst dry cleaners I've ever used.

When I took my comforter to be cleaned, all the batting came loose inside it. It took a couple extra days for it to be ready due to them fixing it. Almost as soon as I got it home and back on my bed all the batting ended up balled up in the bottom again. I took it back and asked if it could be fixed. The manager accepted it and told me they would take care of it. Five days later she calls me and says that the owner told her they would not fix it again. He said they fixed it the first time, but they are not to be held responsible for it to be fixed again and that I had it cleaned there at my own risk. Now I have an expensive comforter I cannot use.

Debbie the alterations seamstress was a life saver this past week! The best man's tux pants were 3 inches too short and the rental place wouldn't help. We were frantic. She put through a rush job and let the hems out the day before the wedding! The pants fit like a dream and he looked great! Thanks Debbie!

One star because there is no option for no stars. Dropped off a NEW $80.00 shirt purchased for a special event. Shirt came back with the buttons MELTED. Could not wear the shirt for the occasion I purchased it for. Took shirt back to One Hour Martinizing, and buttons were replaced, but collar buttons were the wrong size and will not fit through the button holes of the collar, So STILL can not wear the shirt! Will not be returning, and telling EVERYONE.
