This group of girls have been very reliable and honest when cleaning. They take their time and pure dedication in making sure that their jobs get done and get done right. Never have been disappointed in any of the cleans they have done. I highly recommend to everyone if you want a nice smelling house and a clean one, book these girls and you will not be disappointed.

Horrible horrible service!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I hired them for a deep cleaning on a house I was moving in to so there was nothing in the house except a small kitchen table which she assured me they would “have that table shining” ..well, they did not clean the table at all.. it seemed they did very light surface cleaning using a cloth without any cleaning solution and lightly swept the floors. The house did not smell clean at all and people noticed! As we were bringing in boxes everyone commented on the obvious signs of the lack of cleanliness and I do have pictures to prove it. They didn’t touch the laundry room and later lied telling me it was filled with boxes and stuff from the previous tenant and they couldn’t get in there.. two of my friends went thru the house the night before with me on video chat and the laundry room only had a vacuum cleaner in it. All of the windows sills were dirty and most had bugs. None of the doors were cleaned. None of the kitchen cabinets were cleaned inside or out nor the bathroom cabinets. None of the windows were cleaned. There were spider webs on half the blinds and windows. They didn’t touch the stove. None of the ceiling fans were cleaned. When I told them about all the things that were not done Brittany told me “well that place was filthy” which I responded “yes that’s why I hired you to clean it”. They did not even do a quarter of the job I hired them to do! The whole experience with Brittanys cleaning service has been beyond upsetting and disappointing!! I’m only writing this review to hopefully save other people from the trauma that I went through from this cleaning service. I offered to pay them $40 for the work they did and Brittany refused. I am basing my assessment of the clean from her guidelines not mine. Everything did get cleaned eventually by myself and my 70 year old mother. We had to clean each room before we could unpack. Total disaster!!
