I had TC Finest come clean my wool rug today. Brian G was the tech that came out and he was very knowledgeable about what my carpet needed. I forgot to mention that I had pet urine on the rug and that I had used a wool approved product to clean it however it didn't do the job. Brian explaine everything is very easy to understand language. Explained that usually he doesn't clean wool with pet stains but made an exception and I'm so very glad he did. He was quick and very efficient. Only took about 30 minutes and out the door he went. Want to say thank you again Brian and happy birthday again. If ever I need my carpets cleaned again I will call TC finest and make sure to ask for Brian.

I was very impressed with my service today! I made the appointment a few days ago and they sent Adam to get the job done today. I was happy they didn’t book way out as we are putting our house up for sale next week. Adam was very friendly and professional and I couldn’t believe how great my carpets look after he was done! This is the first time I have had TC Finest clean my carpets. Marty O. was the technician and was very helpful and fully communicated the options for cleaning my carpets. While I knew of certain areas that need additional attention He identified other areas that I was unaware that also needed additional cleaning based on his experience in carpet cleaning. Marty was very through in working the heavier cleaning areas and when he finished my carpets were clean and the areas that had heavier traffic patterns looked as good as the lighter traffic areas. Unfortunately our scheduled carpet cleaner fell ill as he was on his way to our home. Marty Oliva came to clean my Dads carpet today and did an absolutely amazing job. Let me preface by saying that the carpets had been cleaned two times prior and the results were not acceptable. Before Marty started his work he wanted to hear about my previous experience and took the time to listen to my concerns so he could properly address my needs. Marty not only impressed me with his listening skills but surpassed all expectations for customer service. In this day and age it is difficult to find loyal employees that are passionate with the work they perform on a daily basis. I would not hesitate to recommend Marty to a friend, family member or complete stranger. Marty is truly a diamond in the rough. Excellent and thorough Job. Before today I actually thought that duct cleaning was a waste of money. We recently moved and our home had lint, hair, small toys, dog food etc from previews home owners clogging the ducts/vents. This was preventing the air from the HVAC to flow and costing $$ to heat/cool. The tech showed us before and after pics of our ducts and it was like night/day... Had our duct work, dryer vent and carpet cleaned. Adam Ihde was our technician. He was great to work with. He showed up one time, was friendly and courteous, he walked me through what he was doing, provided great insight as to what he noticed throughout his work and completed his work on-time. My only do-better would be that the area around the vents be cleaned up, there was a lot of debris around some of the vents that was not cleaned-up after he was complete. Overall though, my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the work. We will defiantly recommend Twin Cities Finest to friends and family and use them again in the future.

Oh My Gosh! When I decided on Saturday that I needed my carpets professionally cleaned I was hesitant. I was expecting tiny guests, one still crawling and they were arriving on Wednesday. I've used other services before and have been disappointed. I saw a coupon for Twin Cities Finest and did some homework. I called, explained my situation. They took my information and we scheduled for Monday. I moved furniture over the weekend and did a basic vacuum. At 3:00 ON THE DOT :) a very professional and cheerful rep. came to my house and introduced himself as Beau, shook my hand, walked me through the process and let me decide exactly what I could afford. There was no pressure for added "stuff" and I was completely sure of my cost before Beau started cleaning my carpets. The process took about 1hr, he was extremely quiet and efficient. I didn't have any scuff marks on my walls or raised spots on my carpet. Now 2 hours later my carpets are almost dry and my home smells clean. Between the the quick response, the punctuality, very pleasant Beau and my now beautiful fresh (8 yr old) carpets I couldn't be more pleased. I finally have a professional cleaning company I trust. They did a fine job. The stains did come back after the floor dried but were much better. Fair warning though, when you get a coupon that says, "5 ROOM SPECIAL! $149 NO HIDDEN FEES!" don't expect to pay that. The gentleman came into my house and looked around quoted me $500!! I told the lady on the phone that I had pets and the carpets were dirty. She gave me no forewarning that I would be up-charged because of that. Then he told me that there was no way he could just give me what the coupon offered. I told him I couldn't pay that so after some cut backs he got it down to $326. It's just a shame I was led to believe that I would be able to get this service and they were exactly what everyone warned me they would be. Also, the technician's hose left a huge burn through my grass and I feel like that could have been avoided.

Called to book after receiving an insert mailer offer and researching carpet cleaning companies online. Booking was confirmed via email, reminder text sent a day ahead and one sent when Adam was en route to my home. After introduction, Adam walked each room with me, measured and made suggestions to optimize cleaning. Pre-treating a few stains, scrubbing high traffic areas and then cleaning the carpets - in about a 90 minute time frame - Adam then asked what I thought. Literally ALL THE STAINS were REMOVED and all five areas LOOKED BRAND NEW! Previously had hired a no residue company, however they were unable to clean stains from prior owner (a few years ago, purchased the home, opting to clean carpets before moving in). What an awesome experience we had working with Twin Cities Finest. We had a cleaning set up in Hugo to due a home sale. My sellers had a difficult time getting the tenants to remove their personal items from the home for the carpet cleaning. Twin Cities Finest came out and could not clean due to tenants furniture still in the home. They were so nice about it and rescheduled with us 3 different times without charging us extra as it was a struggle getting the home empty. Adam also helped the tenants move some of their items into the garage in order to help us get the job done prior to closing. Due to having to reschedule so many times, Adam cleaned the ducts and someone else came out to clean the carpets. Both guys were very nice and easy to work with. They did an excellent job and the buyers were happy. I would highly recommend this business as they did not have to be as flexible and patient as they were. The owner was nice too and got me the documents I needed for closing in a timely manner. I would definitely used them again for all of my carpet cleaning.

Had a thorough rug cleaning for a reasonable price and I'm happy with it. The equipment itself was very clean - something I have not seen before with rug cleaning companies. The technician asked what different stains were made from, explaining he had various kinds of enzymes that would break different stains depending on what they were made from. He spent time discussing prices and measuring the areas to be done. He explained the process of how he would clean the carpets and proceeded to work diligently and with care. The carpets look brand new and I'm pleased with the outcome. I plan to have them back again for the carpets and the air ducts!

Best carpet cleaning service we have ever had! They did our entire house, including the steps and we have never seen the carpets so clean. This is a house with two cats, a big dog and lots of kids. We had a slight problem with one are of the house, but they came right back out and fixed it all up free of charge!!! Ask for Austin. Great experience! Did not get charged any extra for carpet cleaning which is almost unheard of. (We didn't need extra spot cleaning etc.) We got both our carpets and ducts cleaned. Only extra charge was the extra trunks on furnace for the duct cleaning which is normal I guess. So, VERY impressed with the integrity of the company! Adam did a great job - Carpets look awesome! I would highly recommend!

First time using TC Finest. Compared them with another top-rated company and based on price, knowledge and reviews decided to give them a try. Did family room, office, two sets of stairs and oversized basement. I was pretty detailed when I called and when Adam I. arrived, his final quote was nearly spot-on with what I was quoted over the phone which I appreciated. The only extra we added was for a power-scrub for a deeper pile carpet in our family room. Adam was on-time, knowledgeable and did a really nice job. Took about 1.5 hrs for the job. Glad we gave them a try!

This is the third time we've had Twin Cities Finest out to clean our carpets. We dog sit so we have a LOT of pet traffic through our home, and the carpets always look and smell clean and fresh after Twin Cities Finest is out. Austin (our technician) was friendly and listened carefully to my concerns. When I mentioned that a family member was chemically sensitive, he chose a product that had no odor for most of the rooms in our home. He also helpfully suggested additional services such as an enzyme pre-treat that really knocked out some stubborn stains. And y'all, the POWER SCRUB is a must-have if you have pets or kids -- it was brutal to watch, and think that all that nasty hair and grime was just hanging out in our carpets before the cleaning. SO GROSS! The add-ons that are recommended seem to be worth the extra cost and in my opinion make a difference. Each time we've had them out, the technician has been efficient, but they don't skip steps or cut corners, and do a good, thorough job. When we had our sectional couch cleaned last summer, the tech didn't miss a single inch of it. All three times, the tech has gone back to a carpet spot and treated with a specialty product because they wanted to be sure it was addressed. We are very happy, satisfied repeat customers. I would recommend Twin Cities Finest if you're thinking of giving them a try!

Got a cleaning a year ago . But i bought my own carpet cleaner now for this time around! When the guy came to clean... Very unperofessional and talked to me way too much about his ex wife and about girls he takes out to bars.... then bragged about how he is the best and they pay him the most. Then argued with me about enzymes acted like he knew everything and i knew nothing. In the end the job sucked. I wonder if same guy still works there. I rarely write reviews and its probably way late for this. But theres my warning

What a great company! We used them for a commercial property downtown. I didn't really have any expectations and they ended up being very impressive. Great team, really nice guys that showed up. Very professional company and technician. The duct cleaning was priced decently and the final result was fantastic. We had an issue with the furnace after it was cleaned, and the company was very quick in setting us up with an HVAC company. We discovered it was in an area in the furnace that should not have been affected by the cleaning, so no bad marks for that happening. Overall, extremely satisfied!

Marty was right on time. Was very patient while explaining our options (there is a significant upcharge if you have many areas needing enzime, deep scrubbing, and odor eliminator work). We had a couple of areas that needed more work because of our dogs. He explained how each step would help take care of the problem areas. He took his time to do it right and we are very pleased with how clean our carpet looks. But even better how good it smells. The pet odor remover smells very citrusy but not overwhelming once it dries. Don't hesitate to ask for Marty if you have any pesky spills or odors you cant get rid of.

Really disappointed. We had them do our basement and we paid double what we have with other previous companies because of the positive reviews. They didn’t honor the coupon price and were really obscure with how they broke out and priced the services. The tech had a shouting match with someone on his phone while he was here which was very unprofessional. Most importantly, our basement was left smelling worse than before the cleaning. We put baking soda down after it dried to absorb the odors. I would not return or recommend this place.
