I have delivery with them up to twice a week. Very easy to work with and we communicate over text for notifying them I have dry cleaning to be picked up. It might be pricey but kind of expected for delivery

Literally the worst service. Ever said they would clean it in 2 days. Just in time for the wedding I had to go to.... Well they didn't have it in time for the wedding. So I had to wear the wrong suit. 8 days later, and they still do not have my suit done. Still processing.... Only go here if you have weeks before your event.

I thought overcharging issue was resolved after i contacted corporate office and they said they'd give me a refund, over a month later still no refund. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED!!!!

They ironed on a barcode to my custom designed and tailored clothes and didn’t remove it before returning. Never using them again and suggest you don’t either.
