They came out to clean the apartment carpet and it was amazing. Their steam cleaners work great on the stairs, they get all the soap back out of the rug, and it is so nice to walk on barefooted now. The price was amazing for how great the job was. I have two cats and you would never know there was any pets ever lived in this apartment when they got done cleaning my carpet. These people at Servpro of The Twin Ports are true experts at what they do. Their production manager Brian inspired great confidence the moment he and the technicians entered our office in Duluth. Our sprinkler system was set off accidentally and soaked our entire office. They worked through the night and had us back in business the next morning. What a relief! It looks cleaner than before it happened. You can trust these people to do great and professional work, and not overcharge.

I hired this company several years ago after my basement flooded from the sewer and water main. They attempted to charge me for equipment that was never used. The basement was not cleaned. Dirt and water all over the walls and floors after they "finished" the job. I had to call and complain several times before they agreed to send a crew to finish the job. They were there for less than an hour and the basement was still dirty! After paying 5k I still had to clean the entire basement. "Like it never happened" clearly means like they never came. I will never recommend this company.

These guys are AWESOME!!! After my water damage during this last cold snap we had, Brian & Justin came out the same day to inspect and give a free estimate. The other companies wanted $100+ just to come out & give an estimate. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, sympathetic to my already stressful situation, and informative of what to expect, but they were very reasonable & didn't try pushing me one way or another on how to handle it. I respect that. They also handle the headache of dealing with your insurance. If you have the unfortune of water or fire damage, I HIGHLY recommend calling the ServPro guys! They're superb to work with and are experts in their business.
