Mr & Mrs Powers Shakopee If we could give a zero star rating we would. You sat at the table in our home and lied right to our face. Its a shame that ServPro Scott county Minnesota is in cahoots with CenterPoint Energy! I knew when CenterPoint insisisted on having you in my home after I had already gave them a resteration estamate, even to the point of insisting on the name of the person to be in my home...I knew then there was something really shady to the point of criminal about it! I went ahead and allowed you in my home. You sat at my table, you hugged me and listened to me cry over the pain this fire has caused my family. To my face you agreed 100% with my 1st resteration estamate, in front of my resteration company. Just so I could get a call from CenterPoint a few days later saying all you recommended was a light dusting on 1 out of 3 floors of my home and an ozone treatment. A complete contradiction from what you said sitting at my table in my home!!! MY HOME COULD'VE BURNED TO THE GROUND WITH MY DAUGHTER IN IT!!! DISGUSTED! WE'VE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND AS A FAMILY. WE'VE DONE EVERYTHING CENTER POINT HAS ASKED US TO TO DO. SO FAR 22 HOURS OF ESTAMATES, EVEN USING THE PEOPLE CENTERPOINT HAS INSISTED ON. ALL THE ESTAMATES HAVE AGREED WITH ONE ANOTHER, CENTER POINT NEEDS TO MAKE US WHOLE, DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE! THEY STILL WANT MORE! APPARENTLY WE NEED TO KEEP ON WITH MORE & MORE ESTAMATES UNTIL THEY ARE SATISFIED! OUR HOLIDAYS ARE RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. I CAN'T EVEN HAVE A FAMILY MEAL IN OUR HOME BECAUSE OF THE TOXIC FUMES. LET ALONE DECORATE FOR THE HOLIDAYS. WE ARE A LARGE FAMILY. WE HAVE ALL OUR HOLIDAYS AT OUR HOME. SHAME ON CENTER POINT! THIS HAS TO BE CRIMINAL!!!! I'VE ASKED TO HAVE A DIFFERENT ADJUSTER. AN ADJUSTER THAT WILL BE CIVIL AND LISTEN TO REASON. YOU CAN'T TELL ME THERE IS NOT AN ADJUSTER ABOVE THE PERSON THEY ARE MAKING US WORK WITH. ITS OUR RIGHT! YET CENTER POINT IS INSISTING WE HAVE TO STAY WITH THE ONE WE'VE GOT. WE CAN KEEP TAKING OFF WORK AND SPENDING HOUR AFTER HOUR, DAY AFTER DAY GETTING NEW AND IMPROVED ESTAMATES. BUT TO WHAT END?????? THEY ARE ALL SAYING THE SAME THING..... CENTER POINT NEEDS TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED!!!!! CENTER POINT DEMANDS & INSISTS ON US JUMPING THROUGH HOOP AFTER HOOP... ....WELL I DEMAND, (AS A LOYAL PAYING CUSTER) WE DEMAND & INSIST ON A NEW ADJUSTER. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE YOU CAN JUST THROW AWAY. WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE. TREAT US AS SUCH AND GIVE US A NEW ADJUSTER. Better yet, fix the problem that YOU Admittedly CREATED! You've made prosise and guarantees, not one of which you have backed up!!!!
