DO NOT use this company. They are beyone incompetent. We had tried to hire them for water damage in our home in Edina. They send out 1 guy to evaluate it, days go by with no follow up. After several calls another guy comes out and says they will get started in the next couple days. Week's go by. No follow up. No return phone calls. 3 weeks later with wet ceilings, walls, floors we finally gave up on them to find someone that is capable of doing the work.

Super responsive company when we needed them most. They sent six people to clean out our flooded basement and each and every one of them was personable and respectful. They talked us through each aspect of the process and have been most helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know.
