Tim showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. My carpets look and smell amazing! Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to get pricing and schedule an appointment online. Tim was so friendly, courteous and professional. We had 4 rooms, stairs, and a hallway done. The whole process was quick and we are very happy with how they turned out! Tim even sent a follow up email the next day to make sure everything dried okay and we were fully satisfied with everything. I absolutely recommend My Trusted Carpet Cleaners and will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Tim was awesome! Our renters had him clean the carpets before they moved out. When we moved in the living room carpet was dirty (from the renters walking on it when it was still wet). From the first time Tim came out I knew he would be getting more of my business. He made our 20 year old carpet look like new! He's also super friendly and he just had a way of putting you at ease. He also was NOT leaving until he knew I was completely satisfied. Ive had him out 2 more times and I think the next time I'm a little lonely I will just toss some blood, red wine, and some mustard on the floor and rub it in so he has to stay 2 more minutes. Ha ha

My Trusted Carpet Cleaners and Tim Ross are incredible. They do an excellent job and the people there actually CARE about the quality of service and earning your business. The people actually doing the work have a vested interest in the business and it really shows. They take the extra step of bringing in special fans to dry out your carpet so you don't have to sorry about staying off it for 2 days or having wet socks, etc. Highly recommend. Will never call anyone else again.

If only I thought to take a BEFORE photo of the stain that happened on the carpet in the doorway of my office.. a pretty hefty salad dressing spill during an office party left all of us stunned at just how much coverage it reached. Weeks after, the stain grew noticeably darker with the wear traffic in this area. I am blown away by the incredible job My Trusted Carpet Cleaners did. It's literally as if the stain never happened! Very professional, did a excellent job. We got the full package at our place and were very happy with the results, removed all stains including makeup, wine, and misc spots. Our couch and love seat were also cleaned which fluffed up our pillows, and also removed a food spill on the end of the couch. We also tried the odor treatment which removed our dog/cat smells in the apartment and left a very pleasant smell afterwards. 5/5 we will definitely use Tim and Dalton again!
