Had a fine experience here getting my wedding dress cleaned and preserved- Received a few coupons for free items at this visit due to the high spend, and apparently many unwritten rules apply to these coupons. I was given 3 free items and a $10 reward. Each free item can only be up to a $9.99 value and only one can be used per visit- this would be been helpful to list in a "terms" or "details" section of the coupon (there is nothing listed but a code and the discount type). Mulberry's, if you were more detailed/specific about limits and exclusions (if you have actual policies) this wouldn't be an issue.

I really want to become a steady customer at this location. Time will tell on my second attempt. On the first drop off, I requested shirts to be folded and they were not. Resulted in the staff offering to fold on site. Folding efforts were not acceptable and after issuing a complaint, I received a phone call with an offer to return and my next order would be complementary. Well... I returned today to drop off shirts and there was no note in my file suggesting a complementary service. When mentioning the situation to the gentleman at the counter, he was firm that the best he thought was fair was a 50 percent discount. I mentioned again that his response wasn't what was communicated to me. Again, he said "I think that's fair." Disappointing to say the least as I'd like to support neighborhood business.

I love Mulberrys! The North Loop location is so beautiful, and they have a parking lot next to the building which is so convenient for downtown! I love knowing my clothes are being cared for in an environmentally friendly way, and the little touches of fresh flowers and complimentary coffee will always make me come back.

The service and experience was great for the value. What makes the cost especially worth it is that the cleaning is done with environmentally friendly materials. I also appreciate the open hours, its very helpful to be able to go their after work (when other dry cleaners typically aren't open past 6pm). In addition - love the wooden hangers they hang the clothes on, to add to the sustainability and quality experience. I assume that I can bring these back when I return, to be re-used again. I also appreciate that they offer to recycle the plastic bags, and if they can put more than 1 garment in each bag, to reduce the waste on these as well.
