Had 2 guys power wash my house and then clean the windows. Did a nice job. It was going to take them another 1.5 hours than what was quoted on the estimate but they consulted with me first and I know my house was dirty and so I approved the additional time. I had a vent on the side of my house that was knocked off probably by the power washer. Accidents happen but wish they had told me about it instead of finding it on the ground.

They did an excellent and professional job, exceeding my expectations (which is difficult to do!). The installer, Colt, paid particular attention to detail on a challenging task. He even cleaned my gutters and showed me pictures of his completed work (on his phone) that I would not have otherwise been able to see. I will definitely use their services in the future. Don't waste your money. After having Karin's clean my gutters I noticed they still didn't appear to be draining completely. I could reach the low side of my house with a ladder so I climbed up and found nearly an inch of grit in several places in the gutter. Got the hose out and started to wash it out but the water wasn't going away. Pulled apart the downspout and it's plugged with leaves. They do not use any water when cleaning your gutters! So how is it possible to get them totally clean, or to even determine if they're draining!!! I'm assuming my gutters on the high side of the house are similar, however, I'm not risking my neck to check them out (the reason I hired someone in the first place). I would never recommend their service or ever use them again. I was pleased with Karin's response (they came out and made sure that the rest of the job was done right and they offered me 50% of the next service I request) until I see their response below. First of all, I did respond to them. I have the emails to prove it. Second, they did send someone out to fix any issues....I would think they would want to point this out in their response, but they got it wrong. Last and most important, when I called to schedule the service, it was NOT explained to me that there were two levels of service. So no, it is not discussed with all customers as they state. "Response from the owner Hey Duane, nice fish! We are sorry the down spout didn't get cleared properly. We talked with the crew and they thought they had gotten it cleared. They asked if they could return to fix any issues. We reached out to you several times and didn't receive any response. By the way - we clean gutters 2 ways: 1-remove all debris & 2-remove all debris and flush with water. We discuss the two services types with all customers when they call and complete the service as they request."

I was disappointed in Karin's Services after hearing about them in the five star rated Home Services review. I had all of my windows washed, inside and out but after the two guys had left, I noticed dirty water spots along the sills in 5 of the rooms! There were even some water spots on the drywall. They also forgot to put a window screen back on the window and had to come back to reinstall it so I don't believe they were very thorough in their work. My advice would be if you choose to use them, do a room by room inspection with them prior to final sign off.

I had Karin's do a small patio for me in 2015. What a job. I thought I had labored enough on getting the gynormous old apple tree roots removed. Turned out guys had to pull out with truck and chain. Stupendous effort and great job. This year, I had them back to put in a paver parking pad and pavers underneath garbage/recycling bins. The job was outstanding and done in a day. The pavers were ones I inherited and did not realize were differing in thickness by 1/2". They dealt with it, somehow. It was a crew of two partners whose names escape me. I really can't say enough about how outstanding their work was and clean-up as well. Extremely pleased. What a great way to kick off the summer. 1.0 star rating 9/17/2016 We hired Karin's services to pressure wash our home. They quoted us one price and then showed up and said that they wouldn't be able to complete the job in the initial 3 hours as quoted. I thought that was strange since they came out, looked at our home and then provided the quote. They only pressure washed 2/3 of our house and did a poor job at that. There were streaks down the whole back of our house and dirt everywhere on the areas that supposedly were pressure washed. We tried to communicate with them our dissatisfaction and the response I got was well you paid so you must have been happy. Who doesn't pay for services? I've never heard of that. I will not be recommending these services to anyone I know and will be sure to tell friends and family to go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service!! I have called 4 times for a quote and no one will come out to bid my windows and my yard!! I've never seen anything like it. The first time they never called me back and the second and third time I called them they say it's in the estimators hands and they will call me. I don't think it should take over two weeks to get an estimate!! Don't advertise if you are too busy to handle the clients!
