In April 2013, my sump pump malfunctioned and left me with 3 inches of water in my finished basement. ICC's staff was very understanding and courteous from the initial phone call for help. Their on-site crew was prompt and very capable of handling the situation, moving furnishings, removing carpet/pad and quoting the damage and replacement value for the insurance company. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied and sent a folder with a detailed breakdown for my records, along with a satisfaction survey. I would call on them again, should I ever need their services. They were very thorough and I highly recommend ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services!

The team Tom and Brenda Laska have put together at ICC are remarkable. The company is such a fine tuned machine they were able to respond to all of our needs and even anticipated many of them before we new we needed their help. Our flood in our house was a mess, over whelming actually, but they held our hand through all of it and restored our house back to what it was and helped us make improvements. Chris and I are very thankful we chose to work with the ICC team, it was our first flood but not for the ICC and they knew exactly what to do in the restoration and working with the insurance company. Thank you ICC! :-)

There just ok they charged me for some work that was not done tho so take pictures also I still have some yellow from damage and leaving dust on the base boards. If you use them keep tract of things. I'm. missing some pictures of my ex deceased wife.

At 9pm the day after Christmas, I walked into a raining kitchen with a premature newborn that had many health aliments. The project manager from ICC not only managed EVERY SINGLE piece of business for us, he made it easy. I'm sure there were details we (as homeowners) needed to handle, but our project manager from ICC made every step no issue at all. I am positive that it was the people from ICC that made this seamless. THANK YOU! If I could figure out how to add photos, I would, we had major damage. Will add photos as soon as I can figure out how to do so.

Pros- •Professional office staff for scheduling •prompt service which is key when stained upholstery is involved •meticulously clean Cons- •Price seemed comparable to other businesses in the area- a little higher than Groupon - but a lot cheaper than new furniture. •Overall, a wise investment on my part. On November 11th, I told my wife I would try to get off work early and run to the dump with our couch. As many of you can imagine, she looked at me as if to say ‘are you serious?’. And as much as my wife loves to shop, she reminded me that the couch cost a small fortune 5 years ago and that I had nearly fainted at the price 5 years ago. My wife ran in-home daycare, and we have children of our own so throwing money out the door is not an option. However, to fully appreciate the talents of ICC, let me suffice to say the couch looked like it was taken out of a frat house— actually, it looked like the couch outside the frat house— replace beer and pizza stains with baby formula and who knows what else. You get the idea! .... On November 13th, I was astonished when I walked in the door to what looked like a brand new couch. I would have thought it was a new couch if my wife hadn’t been all too excited to remind me that 2 days earlier I had wanted to pay someone to bring it straight to the dump. They even impressed my wife who told me they removed formula stains, orange juice, and mystery stains from who knows when. So, next time you think maybe it would be better to cut your losses and throw out the furniture, try ICC!

I had a terrible experience with this company - strong odor of cleaning supplies, originally charged more than I was quoted, and trouble contacting the staff to pay my bill. When I wrote this Google review, the owner of the company called me, threatening to sue me over the review.

They treated us rudely, performed poor workmanship, never actually finished the job, and grossly overcharged us for services provided. They had to keep coming back to correct their poor workmanship, and never could get it completed to our satisfaction. They also didn't honor their year's warranty as promised. They grossly overcharged us for services provided, and couldn't explain their incoherent invoices. When we made a spreadsheet, and added up the line items on our insurance form for the work that ICC performed on our house, there was a huge discrepancy between our calculations and what they were charging us on their invoice. Our spreadsheet included a 10% profit and margin for the project manager at ICC, plus additional supplements that were allowed by our insurance company. There was over a $2000.00 difference between the total on our spreadsheet, and what ICC was charging us on their invoice. They were not open to discussing this with us, instead they rudely sent us to a collection agency and threatened a lawsuit if we didn't pay. We had a terrible experience with ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, and would not recommend this company to anyone.
