They were polite and introduced themselves and were dressed in clean uniforms and in a H2O marked vehicle which matters to someone home alone. They did an amazing job in the time specified. My house never looked so good. The brick part looked like it was sand blasted and I didn't even think that was the dirty part compared with the aluminum siding. The doors, windows, patio and pavement looked great too. We had moss that grew on the north side of our home from the extremely rainy spring and they got it all off and treated so it won't come back. My friend referred H2O to me and I couldn't be more pleased. Their service is worth every penny. Great job H2O! We are happy to refer our friends and family to this great business.

I had a lot of bad stains on my roof, I had received a flyer from H2O so I gave them a call and they gave me an immediate quote over the phone to clean the roof and clean the black mold and algae of the concrete walks. I told H2O that i wanted them to do the work so they gave me a date and time of arrival. The cleaning process went very well , All down spouts were bagged, ornamental's , plants and grass were protected from the chemicals . i was very pleased with the professionalism of H2O, i would highly recommend H2o to anybody.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They tell you it's no problem and give you a very high quote. I was willing to pay a little more based on their "reviews". They arrive and the older guy says he can't do it. It was simply powerwashing cement around a pool and a front sidewalk. When I set the appt, I stated that the drains were older and slow, she stated "no problem, one guy sprays the other squeegees". So I set an appointment, she quotes me $449.00 to spray cement, so I make sure I'm home from work early to greet them, and now they just can't do it. Don't waste your time setting appointments with this company, as they may not be able to accomplish something as difficult as spraying a patio and a sidewalk. NOW, since I posted reviews sharing my experience, they are threatening to sue me. LOL. Apparently, if you don't leave a good review, they threaten you.

So I set an appointment, she quotes me $449.00 to spray cement, so I make sure I'm home from work early to greet them, and now they just can't do it. Don't waste your time setting appointments with this company, as they may not be able to accomplish something as difficult as spraying a patio and a sidewalk. NOW, since I posted reviews sharing my experience, they are threatening to sue me. LOL. Apparently, if you don't leave a good review, they threaten you.

They forgot to do my garage even though I was billed for it. Thankfully I caught that before they left my property and they did it. Then I got a text at 1:25 a.m. asking me to review them on google. You also have to act like you won't hire them for them to give you a better price. That's ridiculous! The overall job was good but I wouldn't call them again due to the inconveniences.
