We had a dryer fire in our basement. After the smoke literally settled, I was left standing in my house wondering what was next. Shortly after the fire, Bob from Servpro stopped by and reviewed what my next steps could be with Servpro. I gladly accepted their help and early the next morning several green vehicles arrived and off to work they went. The team moved through our house with speed and efficiency. They took delicate care of all our items and within a week we were back in our home. No smell, no black marks, just like it was before. Even better actually.

So I called weeks ago to schedule an appointment and was all set. When no one showed up about 30 minutes after scheduled appt I called and was told that Jeff had apparently “missed my name “ on the schedule. I know mistakes happen so I said no problem we can reschedule . The lady rescheduled me for another day at 9am . I even repeated back to her to confirm . Again 30 minutes after scheduled time no one showed . I called and was told that person had evidently not put me on schedule at all and no one was sure how that happened. I asked for name of person working during that time and no one could tell me. This is horrible customer service and I’m not sure why I got treated so poorly. Very disappointed !

Julie, Chuck and Bob at ServPro are great to work with. I had a mold issue in the crawlspace of my vacation cottage. Julie at office arranged for Chuck to assess the situation. Chuck did a fantastic job cleaning the mold. Chuck and Bob later did a follow up visit to relieve my concerns if there could be unrecognized, hidden issues. I would not hesitate calling Servpro again if any future needs arise.

Joe and his team were on site within hours of a call for a leak in a condo unit. They set expectations. They met and exceeded those expectations. They were able to dry out the ceiling and floor to minimize repairs needed. I cannot thank them enough for helping my company out.
