These people are crooks. Steer clear. They just bilked me out of over $4,500. Overcharges on equipment, overcharges on work, charges for work not done, charges for equipment not left.

They removed some drywall that got wet but when we went replace it we found that they had cut it on angle, we had recut it to straighten it before replacing. Then they said they got all the nails out when they removed the tack strips-had to remove over 40 nails. Didn’t number the moldings they removed so we would know where they go when replacing them. They talk a good game but it ALL talk. They should refund my money-ripped off. Don’t do it.

Nothing at all that peice of garbage kerns that is conman he ripped my mother 85 years old $3500 dollars for nothing work he never performed ransacked her basement took what they wanted he's a theif and no estimate was ever given then took her to court with his crooked lawyer to persuade the clare county courts of his crooked crap which this isent over yet PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CROOK AND HIS CRONEYS.HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.

We hired them to help with our cleanup after the flood in June 2017 in Midland, Mi and they went above and beyond our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful with suggestions of what our next step was at each point of the cleanup process. Their cost was reasonable and work was done very professional. I showed pictures to the Companies that were in town to assist residents with cleanup help and they all said the cost was reasonable and the job they did was really good. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone. Thanks for making a touch situation manageable North American Cleaning Service.
