More Grime Than Time has been cleaning for us for 8 years - so we must be happy! You have the same person every week, so they get to know your house and your preferences. They do a very thorough cleaning job and if there are any problems you just let the owner know and she addresses them right away. We've used cleaning services in the past where the owner was not as invested in the business and it really showed in the results. Definitely recommend them!

The owner does the initial walk through of your home, and with her extensive experience owning and operating a cleaning business, knows how to approach making sure your specific needs are met. After that, you will be paired up with the right cleaner for your home. Its easy to ask your specific cleaner for changes. If that hard, you can always contact the owner (Sandy) or her operations manager (Rachel) for special requests, changes, or scheduling. Sandy is fantastic, her staff is amazing, and I have recommended More Grime Than Time to all of my friends. Its so much nicer to have the time I would have spent cleaning to spend with my family, friends, and my passions. Thanks Sandy!
