They removed a 6 month old stain of Italian dressing on a suit that another cleaner could not remove. No harsh chemical smells, fresh and clean every time. They mend and repair too. Highly recommend Lapels!

I've been going to Lapels in Beverly Hills since they opened and before that would go North to the one in Rochester. My clothes always come back exceptionally well done! As if being the only TRULY eco-friendly dry cleaners with completely competitive pricing, they always go the extra mile; being friendly, concerned for your clothing, and often ahead of schedule on expected pickup dates! They have extra service like free pickup and delivery from home or work, monthly specials, and even a rewards card! You can't go wrong with lapels!

But i am not happy with their service and i was looking for a different company that picks up and delivers. the clothing would always come back with stains and un cleaned. if you have any new suggestions of where we could do business please let me know. They do a good job but each time I dropped stuff off the counter staff was sitting in their car and were not in the building. Also the entry to the building smells strongly of smoke.

Used to be good service but recently have seen quality of laundered shirt going down to very bad. Gave more than 25 shirts and few of them have broken buttons- not fun when you are running late getting ready and find that out. Also half of the shirts have lower part of the collar bent halfway instead of the middle of the collar. Not returning to this location again. Management needs more quality control especially at this price point for shirts.
