Did more cleaning than managing because cleaners called off or failed to show up to clean. Discovered after starting that most cleaners make minimum wage and do not get raises. They lost great dependable cleaner over not giving a few cents raise. That leads to high turn over and the constant training of new cleaners. The office ladies are great to work with but the branch manager and owners are disconnected at the cleaning level. Times are changing and they have a hard time making changes. The branch manager abuses one manager by expecting her to take care of any and all problems. It doesn’t matter to him how late she has to stay out to finish a job as he is home all comfy. If you except a position as manager expect to have NO free time to yourself. Cleaners start calling off as early as 8am and you are expected to have them covered before you start your night at 4pm. If no one can cover it you are the cleaner that night. If you manage buildings that are cleaned on weekends you have to monitor those also, which makes it a seven day (or night) work week. I really can not recommend this job as a manager or cleaner, just run away.

Good compay wrost management ever i got secrely fired. As i went into the office was told i was going to get a call back to see when i can go bk to work an never did the two white men i had to talk to was looking stupid an didn't have the common courtesy to tell me to my face right then an there that my services are no longer need that what i find disrespectful .. They dont give you no warnings no type of systems for call off or no show they will just fire on the spot without you knowing.. Ive been working for them. Almost a year never called off unless needed the building i worked every love me an my work ethics an even when you admit your fault they will kick you out saying they dont want you back in the building for no reason not even give a warning or second chance the second building i work wasn't even worth my time it was 2hrs monday through Sunday but it kept me busy i called off once an they still wanted me to go in and i did
