After searching the area for maid services near me I found Clarkston Cleaning! I had their crew come out right before the holidays. I requested their spring cleaning package, the works! (You know, since my mother in law was coming to visit). The ladies arrived on time and got right to work. After 3 hours of deep cleaning they turned my home right around! My toilets have never been whiter, my faucets have never shined so bright! Even my baseboards are dog hair free! (2 cocker spaniels do that). Everything from the windows to the interior of my oven was completed! Nothing was overlooked! They even gave me a welcome gift too! I’ll definitely be a returning customer for years to come! My whole experience from start to finish was nothing but pleasent!

I have been using Clarkston Cleaning for close to a year now, and I absolutely love the team. They pay very close attention to details, and will clean extra if requested. We have an ottoman that is typically covered in cat hair and they clean it everytime. I'm very picky on cleaning and how things are cleaned (but hate cleaning) and they go above and beyond every time. And they listen to feedback if something isn't quite right. I even had something get broken and they replaced it immediately and owned up to the mistake, quality team! Would recommend!

Ran across this Company's website in search of a cleaning service in my area. I filled out the form for a estimated quote. Received an auto-generated email giving me their contact information and stating that someone would be in contact with me to schedule a cleaning/consult. Never received a call nor email so I called the contact # and left message with them only to never receive a return call or follow up email. If they are not taking on any more clients at this time I still would expect a call or email indicating this to be the case. I myself am a business owner and find this to be very unprofessional. Therefore I would not recommend this cleaning service. I would not even consider using them even if contacted at this point.

Short version -- they didn't clean what the contract specifically said they would clean! It seems they cut every corner possible. Very unhappy with this "deep" clean -- not a deep clean at all -- more like the cleaners just kinda wiped some stuff off. We hired them for a deep clean -- they call it the "spring cleaning." We specifically chose this level of clean, which was estimated at $400, because they would deep clean things that we never have time to do on our own. One of those things was the window tracks and crevices, which it specifically says is included on only the deep clean (it's even highlighted in the quote), and I further emphasized the need for this with the receptionist. My husband was working from home when they were cleaning, and though he asked the 4 cleaners SEVERAL times -- they didn't clean a single window track. They also missed all of the kitchen chairs, gunk in the corners of the mudroom, the shower head, spots on the moldings, etc. They didn't pick up any items when wiping or dusting, but kind of went around them, leaving huge spots un-dusted. They cleaned the bottom part of my upper cabinets, but left dust and even a cobweb on the top parts. We paid for a deep clean but basically just got an expensive basic clean. The cleaners were very rushed and we were disappointed after they left. We will not hire them again.

I have been looking for a good, reliable cleaning service for a long time. A. Long. Time. There are so many sketchy ones -- some only accept cash, some don't show up, some don't follow the most basic instructions. I wish I had found Clarkston Cleaning Services much earlier. They are professional, thorough, organized, they do what's agreed upon, the floors and countertops especially look great.

I have been using Clarkston Cleaning Services for several years. I cannot believe how efficient these girls are and how great of job they do. My grandkids spent the weekend at my house (3 and 5) it was so nice to come home after work to no more kid prints on the glass end tables or splashed toothpaste all over the mirror. Life is so busy it is nice to be able to come home after work to a clean home.

Clarkston Cleaning Company has been Cleaning our home for 2 to 3 years now. Every team member that has been assigned to me has done an amazing job. I have even picked up a couple of quick cleaning tips from them and I really appreciate them. As I am somewhat handicapped, these girls have been lifesavers to me. When the girls have left, I turn around and look at my glowing floors, and clean home and I bless the day that I saw the Clarkston Cleaning Company sign, walked in and asked for an estimate. They are reasonable, professional and I am so glad that I made them my choice for cleaning our home.
