Stephanie and her crew at Chem-Dry are beyond amazing. Whenever I have a carpet emergency they are so willing to come out almost literally the same day or right away to clean up deep stains or just day-to-day traffic. The products the machine that use are so efficient it's the cleanest I've ever had from a carpet company no one else compares. Their customer service and love for their customers is why I will always recommend them and keep coming back as long as I am in the area. Also the drying time for the carpet is impeccable usually with any steaming company or any commercial carpet cleaning I've had to wait a full day and a half to walk on my carpet that is definitely not the case with Chem-Dry and it's cleaner and smells better than any other company I've ever used!

Let me start out by saying the last three companies that cleaned my carpet would disappointing to say the least. I called chem - dry hoping for a better experience after noticing how great my neighbor’s carpet looked. They told me how great their process was and how much better it was than the competitors. At that point I asked them if they were wildly more expensive than the other companies to which she stated no. I hired them to come out to my house and was surprised by how competitive they were and the unique way they quoted the carpet. They only measured the carpet that they were cleaning, not charging you room by room for carpet that's not getting cleaned like the other people do. I was very happy with the quote that I was given, and the quality work they did. My carpet was not real wet like other companies I tried, and how even the high traffic area’s look like new! I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the high level of quality work they did. They John, Stephanie, and Laurie were super personable, and I will definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

I am beyond impressed with ChemDrys service. Not only are they the friendliest people, they have the best process for carpet cleaning I've ever experienced (and I've used multiple big name, steam clean services in the past but never again!). The bring the life back to your carpet and leave it feeling fresh! They're also very reasonably priced, I have worked with them at both my personal home and rental properties and will continue to do so. Very happy!

This was by far the BEST Carpet Cleaning I had done at my house! The carpet was barely even damp when they were done. Looked like I had new carpet installed. They really took there time and really paid attention to the details. I've had other carpet cleaning companies from Lansing and they do NOT compare one bit. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of time they had into cleaning my whole house! I would highly recommend ChemDry to anyone.
