Price was very reasonable. Glenn and Alex B were SUPER friendly. I was home with my 2 little children and they were so sweet, talked to them, and made smiles back each time the baby called for them. My daughter was sleeping when they were cleaning the vents, and although I assured them it was okay to wake her, they were so conscious about being quiet and slowly powering the air. I chose the extra anti- bacterial treatment and I have a little more piece of mind knowing the ducts are reeaally clean now. Glenn was sure to answer all my questions about it. Tyler Findley was extremely professional, other companies had told me they couldn't clean my ducts due to the way the system was ran but Tyler didnt even seem phased when he seen my crazy furnace set up. Everything from the detailed explanation to the excellent clean up. Friendly with my kids and dog , protected the walls and floors cleaned the plugged a coil and even painted the access patch black for me. The best part was I received clear before and after of the whole process ! He was a pleasure to have in my home and already have people being refereed over to amistee !

The guys were amazing. They explained what they were going to do first. Then covered the floors and walls as necessary. Took two hours and when they left, there was no trace there had been working on the heating ducts. Very pleasant. Hard working. The Before/After pictures were incredible. We had a pretty bad dust issue and thought it was because of the new carpet. The day after they left, the "issue" was gone. Highly recommend.

I have a bed ridden 91 year old in my household & they accommodated doing her bedroom flawlessly & their caring attitude allowed her not to be service or self conscious about having her space invaded. I “supposedly” had my whole house vent system cleaned out by another well known competitor but now I feel ripped of because Amistee got out stuff that clearly had been missed by the prior service! Not only did they do a good job cleaning, they were very patient with us as we had do manage our dogs, cats, and baby during their time here. Our furnace filter needed replacing and they gave us a temporary one to use. They also vacuumed the floor because they had to move our ceiling tiles! Amistee Air Duct Cleaning came into my home and did a great job cleaning out my air ducts...I just moved into my home and wasn’t sure when the ducts had been cleaned...I have uneven heating throughout my home and I thought this was a good way to start the process of getting an even distribution of heat throughout....my team was Barry, Steve and Steve...they lined my floors and stairs with tarp and were very professional. I was shown all the dust that was in the ducts. They cleaned all vents in my home. There was a free duct leak inspection done and I was informed there were several leaking ducts which is the result of my uneven heat distribution... Steve sat and talked to me about air duct sealing, showed me a short video and I was very impressed by what I saw....so needless to say, they will be back at the end of the month to do Aeroseal duct sealing and I am curious to see how the heat distributes throughout my home! August 24, 2019 I moved into a house that had been vacant for 7 years. Kyle and Derek did a stellar job of getting my ducts clean! As I listened to all the debris passing through the tube on it’s way to the truck I was so glad I made the decision to have the ducts cleaned out. I was very impressed with the one hour window for arrival. I appreciated them calling to confirm the appointment and also calling to let me know the technicians were on their way the day of the appointment. Kyle and Derek explained the cleaning process in detail when they arrived. They worked very hard to get my ducts as clean as possible. I liked that they covered my floors with cloths and even had wall corner guards. They were very professional, polite and so pleasant to have in my home. They left my home in the same condition as when they arrived. It was easy to see they take pride in their career. As a former employee of this company, I can say the work they do is hard. I am a HUGE fan of the arrowseal process that seals the ductwork from the inside out. It is one of the most effective enegry saving things you can do for your home or business. From an employee's standpoint they are a company with high standards and an overabundant workload. They need more workers but with such an emphasis on getting the work done as fast as humanly possible it can make things very stressful for the employee's, especially when they have to slow down to train new people. They at least don't work on Sundays (at least while I was there) but overtime is uncontrolled with some employee's having worked over 90 hours in a 6 day week.

An Amistee team came to remove contaminated insulation from my attic in preparation for new insulation to be installed. The team of five specialists that came to do the work were great! They took great care with my house and carefully covered any of my things that might be impacted. Excellent experience all around with this company. Gave an up front quote over the phone, then price charged was exactly what was quoted. Staff who do scheduling are friendly with narrow (1h) arrival window and call reminder prior. Then specialists who did the work were very friendly and told me what i did and didn't need, which i appreciated. The ability to see the condition of the ducts before and after cleaning is top notch. They even offered a free service to see if our ducts had any leaks (I was a little hesitant to be told i needed something else to pay for, but after they checked it out they said we checked out perfectly! so they are very honest and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need!). i didn't get the photos emailed, but it's not a huge deal to me because i don't really need those pics to keep. they showed them to me the before and after photos on their device and that is really enough for me. You won't be disappointed with this company.

From start Tyler F introduced him self and Mike J. both with courtesy and enthusiasm. They explained exactly what would happen in the cleaning process then proceeded to prepare the home for the equipment to assure our home would be protected. When complete they collected and cleaned the little detritus that remained. Amistee is top notch and highly recommended. Also the spray disinfectant that was applied is well worth the extra money.

Amistee came to clean our ducts while my fiancee was home and I was out of town. Alex B and Demetrius were so amazing! She could not stop raving about how they made her feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. They both made sure everything was clean and orderly both before and after the process. The only thing they could have done differently was offer to help her move the bed back into position, although I understand why they didn't due to having wood floors and reducing scratching. They did not show her the before and after pictures during the process, but we did receive those the next day. It’s my understanding that a lot of ductwork cleaning companies out there are operating without proper equipment and charging too much, so I was happy to find a reputable company who has the right equipment and skills. Kyle and Bruce came to the house for dryer vent and duct cleaning. They were great to work with. They explained the process, encouraged me to ask questions, made sure to lay down clothes so the floor didn't get scratched and styrofoam pads anywhere the hose went around corners so the wall wouldn't get scratched. Pleased with the service I have received. I've had them spray in my insulation and clean my in-ground air ducts. The home I purchased probably hadn't had duct cleaning in decades. They had a lot of dust, debris, and all kind of objects inside of them and now they look a ton better than they were before. There were a few hiccups with some of their workers not arriving on time or during the timeframe given. But the owner, himself, reached out to me to apologize and rectified the situation. They threw in a free air filter to tie me over until all of my home repairs are finished and gave me tips on how to protect my ducts/vents. Will definitely consider using their service again.

Kyle from Amistee was awesome!!! Very professional. Our furnace is in a tight crawl Space. He didn’t seem to have any issues accessing it. He explained to us everything he was about to do before he started and everything he did when he finished. Mike (the other tech) Worked inside of the house with hoses and vacuums. It took a little less than 3 hours. We installed new flooring recently which was the main reason we wanted our ductwork cleaned. We are very happy, and should not have to dust so often!!!! Yaaay!!

On March 22, 2019, technicians Jeffrey Kantola and Steve came to my home to clean out my air ducts. They did an excellent job! Jeffrey had to cut into my dry wall to access the vent that needed to be clean and he was very knowledgeable in his skills and the area that he cut isn’t very noticeable and he also explained to my husband and I on how to repair the dry wall which was very helpful. The guys were very polite and did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards. I actually slept better last night and the air quality just seems better.
