I had American Rooter come out and clean out the main drain to the sewer. Luckily I caught it early enough that it wasn't completely clogged - just very slow to drain. He arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. He also gave me some routine maintenance tips for the future. The price was exactly what I had anticipated and was slightly cheaper than chain companies I have used in the past. American Rooter will provide excellent service, competitive price, and it will keep your money local.

Had Roto Rooter come out a couple months ago and paid close to $400 for a job that needed to be redone. Do yourself a favor and call a real pro. He has the best prices and does the best job. Will call American Rooter from now on.

I had originally called a big name plumber to come and clear a blockage in my floor drain. They had to be called a second time because the first guy went down the wrong hole. They then tried to convince me that I needed a sump crock added for over $5000. A week later it happened again. This time I called American Rooter. He showed up on time and fit me in quickly. The real problem was identified and he was able to take care of it quickly. I will not call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We had a backed up main, full of roots. We called American Rooter at 7pm on Saturday night. Left a message. Received a call back with 10 mins. Lonnie showed up at 8pm. After just shy of 2 hours of "rooting", we were back in business. VERY fair price also. We will be calling American Rooter once a year from now on to clean out our drain.

The owner of American Rooter showed up an hour early to our house, which was greatly appreciated. He rooted our main sewer drain to the street and pulled out the roots that were causing the blockage. American Rooter is my go to for any drain and plumbing issues, and I've been a very satisfied customer for over 15 years. They are a family owned business, have always provided timely, courteous and professional service, and the prices for their expert services are very fair and reasonable. Even when some jobs turned into more prolonged tasks with problematic old plumbing in my 100(+) year old house, they took the projects to completion without complaint. They've also recommended improvements and upgrades to the piping and drain work which will save me money in the long run compared to keeping the existing plumbing and doing as-needed repairs (and I have gone ahead with those improvements which have indeed paid for themselves over time). I consider the cost for their time and materials to be a bargain for the extent and quality of service they've provided.
