After calling around and hearing from diffrent companies, I decided to NOT USE Air Duct Clean. This guy "Chris" is a scam artist. On his website he tells customers don't get scammed. But if you go on Groupon, which I did. He is there selling service for "99.00". After calling around , I found out that Rotobrush systems that he uses do not really work and he DOES NOT have a Mechanical License which is required in the State of Michigan to do duct cleaning. I hope this post goes viral because this company is literally ripping off people for thousands of dollars each year. I wish I didn't even have to leave a star rating. Oh and Chris, I ended up going else where to get my ducts cleaned. Michigan homeowners beware AIR DUCT CLEAN is a scam company. #AIRDUCTCLEAN Ann arbor Michigan

Received pictures the next day of before and afters of the registers. They were disgusting. We have lived in the house for 23 years and have never cleaned out the duct work. Glad we did it.

They were fast, efficient and thorough. One thing I wish I'd understood more clearly, if they take off your vents to take before & after pics, they have to cut into the trunk vents. I'd rather not have had them cut, though they patched them afterwards, I didn't know they would have to cut them. I also didn't realize when they took the vents how much the paint near the vents would chip (I have an old house). I should have gone with the option to keep the vents on. That's not the techs' fault though, but it would be good to better know the consequences of both options before proceeding. I'm sure it varies with each house.

Highly recommend this company. Requested an appointment last Friday, they managed to come out and inspect the house same day and booked us for an air cleaning and sealing the following Monday. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond in a few ways to help ensure we were satisfied with the service. Specifically, the primary reason we requested this service was to mitigate dust mite allergies. The AirDuct Clean team kept this in mind and shared several practical suggestions to help us prevent dust getting into the system via common routes I wasn't aware of. After everything was done, we took one last look around and noticed a small water leak off the furnace humidifier. This was more our fault than theirs (or the prior homeowner for not having a fastened outlet pipe). Not only did they stick around extra to help dry the leak, they offered some great advice on how to easily prevent the pipe from being an issue in the future. For those curious about sealing efficacy, this 50 year old house had 26% leakage before their service: 214 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) of an 800 CFM system. After their sealing, the leakage was reduced 85% to 34CFM. They found the last bit of area that couldn't be sealed via their system and recommended a cheap alternative solution I'm going to install myself tomorrow for the last leak. My understanding is this degree of leakage reduction pays for itself in 4-5 years. Good for the environment & good for your long term savings. The 10-yr warranty on the sealing is a nice touch. Overall, highly recommend their team: Chris & Tom were excellent on-site professionals. Amy was patient and a pleasure to coordinate appointments and payments with over the phone as well. Great solution for dusty, leaky air ducts.

We used Airduct Clean to clean the ducts in our home. It wasn't an easy job because we have several different furnaces in the house. They were cheap, quick, and professional. They sent two techs to quickly knock out the job so I could get to work. The before and after pictures they provided immediately after service were very telling and made me feel wonderful about the choice to use Airduct Clean. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Overall our experience was ok. We are pretty wary of whether or not duct cleaning is necessary or would improve my allergies. We did move into a new construction home and figured that it was worth it as there was most likely going to be some drywall/construction debris in the air ducts. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. However, the quote I was given was off by 20%, so I was pretty upset that they wanted to charge over $1,000 in total, but they did end up meeting me halfway and we ended up paying 10% more than quoted. The guys that did the cleaning were friendly, professional and seemed to do a great job based on the photos they shared. However, I was disappointed that while they had cleaned the air ducts, they left more dust and debris in the house then there was before they started (around the vents they opened; we have dark wood floors and some dark furniture so it was very obvious). I went around most of the vents to vacuum and had to clean the dust and debris off furniture by the vents. Also not sure the cleaning helped with my allergies. They don't appear to be any better. Air duct cleaning was very expensive and we don't plan on even thinking about doing this again for 10+ years.

The guys are polite, come in 10 min late but it is fine. but the cleaning was not the service I excepted, the vent cleaning was so easy just simply air blow of the cover. What I saw from youtube of a classic air duct cleaning is they remove the vent cover and blow or clean the duct and also tape off the other vents. Obviously I didn't see those for my cleaning. After vent cleaning is done, I removed one of the vent covers myself, I saw a lot of dust still there (of course, because no clean), I had to ask them to clean that. Totally 30 mins everything is done. I don't think it worth $300. I have to pay another company to do the real cleaning.

The house I bought dates back to the 1940's, or earlier, and I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned. I became aware of how bad they were after I dropped something and had to pull the grate. I can't even begin to describe the yuck I saw under it. I remembered a coupon I'd seen online and called for an appointment asap! The guys came out, checked out the vents, trunks, etc., and told me what any additional fees would be before they even started. They explained what they would be doing along the way and once finished, showed me before and after pictures of the vents. I pulled the grate I'd noticed previously, explaining what I'd seen and why I'd called, and was totally thrilled to see not even one small dust-covered web remained. The vent and underside of the grate looked squeaky clean! These guys were pleasant, courteous, and professional. You couldn't ask for anything more.

The smell I couldn't seem to get rid of since we moved in was gone in about an hour! Awesome.

Their physical office is no longer here when I stopped by in May, 2017, but the number still works. Very great people, and excellent service. Make sure to let them know if your vents have fire dampers because they will need special equipments to clean those.

Customer service was great, they agreed to use my Groupon even though we had to schedule a month after the expiration date due to my schedule and their work load. On the day of the technicians called me 20 minutes before their arrival, and were very professional and courteous as they cleaned out the air ducts. Everything during the service was great. Quick, professional & personable. I only gave 4 stars because it took an extra long time (2 or 3 days) to get pictures of the vents that were cleaned and I also realized all of the floor vents that previously were screwed in were not screwed back upon completion. We have them screwed into the floor because we have small children who like to remove them and stick things down the vents!! None of my screws were left, so I could replace them back either.. odd! Either way, I would recommend them.

The guys who came over where Pleasant, professional and friendly. They did a great job. So nice to have clean ducts again. FYI -the camera mentioned on the website is basically just cell phone. There is no fiber camera they can work through the ducts. That wasn't really I need we had, but if that's what you're looking for better check twice with them. This is the second time we've used this company, both times have been great experience
