The former franchise owner run by Gary O'Toole, ruined a wool carpet and another bedroom rug. They ruined 2 wool scatter rugs fraying the ends. They poked a hole in my dining room wall with their equipment. The chemicals used to wipe down soot on my kitchen walls caused the paint to crackle layers deep. Very poor workmanshop! In an effort to protect the company name, the new franchise owners were willing to make up for it even though the bad experience was created by another franchise owner. They took on the challenge of cleaning a badly stained carpet I acquired. After many attempts to remove the stains of an unknown origin, cleaned the rug in such a way that the carpet is now usable. I applaud their efforts and appreciate their service by going above and beyond to restore the reputation of Servepro.

Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired Servpro to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future
