Best check I have ever written in my life! Found Radiant online and was really nervous about using someone without a personal recommendation. Rugs on my entire second floor were 20+ years old and trashed. Need to be replaced but the money isn't there right now. Decided to take a chance on having them cleaned to get me through the holidays at least. They look brand new!!! Sidney cautioned me that he might not be able to get teen daughter's mascara polka dot spots from in front of her vanity or the other daughter's spilled coke that was left for a long time hoping I wouldn't find it. You cannot even see a ring! He showed up exactly on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do and more, was completely professional and really pleasant, even going out of his way to say goodbye to my daughter. Sidney did an incredible job cleaning and polishing our old tiles and carpet cleaning! I called three services and Radiant was the only one that answered the phone...so they got the job. Sidney came out to give me an estimate 3 hours after he answered the phone and scheduled the job for the following week. Sidney scrubbed and polished for 5 straight hours and the price was very reasonable - I should have done this years ago and more frequently. My kitchen floor tiles and grout look fantastic - so clean - like new. I would absolutely call upon Radiant to come again - no question.

We asked Sidney to strip and seal a ceramic tile floor in our kitchen which had a huge buildup of acrylic wax, and hadn't been stripped for more than 11 years. The floor is large, several hundred square feet, and it was a very demanding job. He worked all day on it, stripped off the waxy goop, brushed the grout lines and finally steam-cleaned it. After two coats of sealer, the floor looks new. He also stripped a quarry tile floor in our entry way, and this now sparkles. The job took a day and a half, and he worked diligently throughout. He cleaned everything up afterward. We are really, really pleased with the results. Sidney, by the way, is a very nice guy. He's polite, professional, and obviously takes pride in his work. We won't hesitate to have him back if the need arises.
