We needed someone to deep clean an apartment within 24 hours. They answered the call immediately and we were able to schedule them the next morning! They arrived and promptly started to clean right away. They did a wonderful job cleaning an apartment that was left very dirty by the tenants who moved out. Matthew had replaced an apartment building cleaner that I didn't trust was arriving and cleaning as stated. Since Day 1, I haven't had to worry about Quality Cleaning at all. They come regularly as contracted to do, I visit infrequently and the common areas are always neat when I do. Invoicing is efficient and clear. They also jump on additional work for apartment cleaning that is sometimes needed... usually with just a text message. Very happy with the work, and highly recommend.
