Owner is not an honest man. Did business over the years with the owner of this Littleton MA company, always leading to an over the top ordeal. recently sent in my Landa pressure washer for estimate. Steve called me back with a price to replace the whole unit of $9700 which was not a concern as I wanted it fixed, after expressing it was expensive He had called me back to tell me he can now sell me the same unit quoted for the $9700 for $5600 now. Again I was not interested. After a few calls I received a quote to repair my pressure washer, the owner this time said It needed tank floats, a new pump (connecting rods no good) new valving, new burner work and etc. I was a little thrown off so I took the machine back. On return of the machine the drivers tailgate failed on my site and they wanted me to take my time out of my day with one of my employees and my forktruck (FOR FREE) to secure it up out of the way. After that BS estimate I was upset, refused to help without return of the estimate fee. The owner gave me back my fee and locked the account. --------I fixed the machine for $433 by replacing the pump and nothing else. far from them elaborate $2900 fee assessed when they did not even assess it in the first place.-------- Stay away from power america unless you have deep pockets and want to do business with such an owner.
