It was all inclusive whereas some of the other companies we looked at were a la carte. The two maids were wonderful and did a great job on the place. They even gave me some tips of cleaning for items like the fridge, Jacuzzi tub, oven, and other things I would never ever think about. Definitely recommend and have already sent a coworker their way. Ruth and Lourdes were on-time, got to work as soon as they entered and listened attentively to all instructions. I only spoke to them again at the end, when they ask me to check their work - which was on point! Every room was done well throughout, with one notable exception, which was no fault of Ruth and Lourdes. The dining room rug is wool with tremendous knap and needs a much stronger vacuum than the one given by their company. Several droppings, loosened knap and pebble-like particles were found in a few places among the thick rug pile. Beyond that both ladies were pleasant, attentive and careful. Job well done in less time than the first team of Molly Maids. Thank you.

A staff member actually came out to my townhouse and gave me an estimate of the work. Not only was the estimate spot on, but the maids were top notch. They arrived on time and did an exceptional job. My bathroom was sparkling and I think I could have literally eaten off the floors. I was also happy to see everything was put back in its place. I will certainly be using these guys again; totally worth it!

Today was our first day with Molly Maids. Lou and Lourdes arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job! Honestly, I think they even cleaned the inside of my dish washer! I had forgotten my easy chair in the living room was such a nice color. We have 3 dogs and a cat, so they really had their work cut out for them. The house is spotless, I think I could eat off the floor. I'm just thrilled. 3/27/19 -So, here we are months later, and I still love Molly Maids. We usually try to pick up the clutter to make it easier for the cleaners to do their job, but this has been a tough week. Jacelyn and Vanny came, smiled, said, "No problem!", and made the whole place shine. This is just a really great group of hard-working, darn nice people! I can recommend them to everyone without reservation.

Today was our first day with Molly Maids. Lou and Lourdes arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job! Honestly, I think they even cleaned the inside of my dish washer! I had forgotten my easy chair in the living room was such a nice color. We have 3 dogs and a cat, so they really had their work cut out for them. The house is spotless, I think I could eat off the floor. I'm just thrilled. 3/27/19 -So, here we are months later, and I still love Molly Maids. We usually try to pick up the clutter to make it easier for the cleaners to do their job, but this has been a tough week. Jacelyn and Vanny came, smiled, said, "No problem!", and made the whole place shine. This is just a really great group of hard-working, darn nice people! I can recommend them to everyone without reservation.
