My wife wanted a complete cleaning of a new home we had purchased before we got moved in. The ladies did an amazing job, so much so that my wife who is a clean freak and swore she would have to clean it herself before the furniture showed up admitted that she was completely impressed and surprised by what they did. We will use them in the future for holidays and special events.

She gave me a detailed quote and even went as far as providing useful information to help me achieve my cleaning goals. She was also patient while I worked through the timing and ultimately booking the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning I met Diana & Jessey who were very pleasant as well as informative in how they were going to clean the condo. I was unable to stay while they were there but felt very confident that my belongings were safe. I returned a few hours later and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Thanks!

Betty and Lesly were amazing. Super polite and friendly and hard working. They got here and immediately there was a cleaning whirlwind going on. I was amazed at how much there was to clean and they were extremely thorough. I stayed for a while since it was the first time, but after the first hour, I knew I could leave and trust that all my stuff would be fine. Having the house clean was such a stress reliever. I can’t wait for them to come again!

I am very pleased with the service provider by Merry Maids. 95% of the time my house sparkles aftw the crew has finished. Every once in a while things are perfect but it's rare. Communication is great too - if I text the office in the morning they will tell me when to expect the crew and many times the crew member will text me when they are in their way tongue house and them when they are leaving. Thanks important to me as I have pets that need to be secured. I would highly recommend Merry Maids!

Do NOT use them! They are over-priced and the sales rep completely lied when she told me what would be done. After the ladies were supposedly in my empty house for over 3 hours, I went in and was very surprised to see that nothing had been done. When I called to complain, they basically scolded me even though they all acknowledged that no one went in after to make sure it was done properly. I asked to speak with the owner, and when she answered she would not let me say one word, and told me that my card was already charged and hung up on me. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with; I was in tears by the time I was done. Moving is stressful enough and I was so excited to have professionals take care of this chore for me. Well, they are not professional, and now I have to clean my entire house while trying to move into it. Satisfaction guaranteed - I don't think so!
