HORRIBLE cleaners! This place should be shut down. I hired three cleaners for my new house and not only did they not speak a word of English, but they tried to walk off with my puppy!! I held one of them until the police arrived but all they did was issue her a warning because of a language barrier. The owner of this branch, Mark, calls and threatens me. I have hired a lawyer and will be pursuing criminal charges against this place.

The smell of a Merry Maid visit is glorious! The ladies are friendly. I've never had a single problem with them. The service is terrific. My house is as clean as clean can be after they visit. I recommend this-- and do-- to anyone looking for an exceptionally clean (and easy) cleaning service.

My boyfriend and I paid an outrageous amount for a "deep cleaning" and what we got was nothing close to a deep cleaning. Our living room was not touched, baseboards were not cleaned nor were the floors swept or mopped. When the manager was called ( I called ) she was very unprofessional. And would not even offer to take some money off the bill. I am completely in awe. She continued to tell me that our apartment was not cleanable in 3 hours. And it clearly is. In conclusion, I would not recommend them to anyone. If I had it my way I would not even give them 1 star.

The Pricing is comparable to the better companies, yet the overall quality is far better. They offer personalized service and consistent teams. Should I need something special, I simply phone the office or leave a note and it is effortlessly completed. In addition to their cleaning, they pay close attention to the special needs of pets. Overall I would highly recommend Merry Maids as your cleaning professionals.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Just terrible. Cleaning is sub par and they will charge you an arm and a leg. They nickel and dine everything and then will blame you for poor cleaning jobs. The cleaning ladies who work their are very nice and underpaid. The company takes most of the profit and charge you exorbitant rates for cleaning. I feel bad for them because they have a set amount of time to clean a house and they make them leave a home half cleaned if they run out of time. Don't waste your time and money. Do your research.

The Merry Maids came to my house and literally did a makeover to my house. They very polite and very nice ladies. They arrived on the time we scheduled very professional and they clean every single spot at the house. Thank you Merry Maids for cleaning my house.

Although it's rather pricey, Merry Maids gives you value for your money. They really do clean in the corners, under the beds, the bookshelves, behind the toilet and all those other pesky hard to get to places that is the reason we hire an expensive maid service rather than ones who only "tidy" and clean superficially. If there's anything that I'm not completely satisfied with, they will take care of it immediately if this is what I want, or on their next visit.
