Unfortunately after 3 or 4 cleans we cancelled our service. It was a wonderful thought to think that we'd have peace of mind knowing our home would be clean, however, we were sorely disappointed. I was given a quote of services that would be rendered during each clean, and unfortunately when the cleans were provided beginning with the "deep clean" it was unacceptable and Merry Maids had to come out the week after that to ensure that things got clean to the expectations they set forth upon signing up during the quoted. Even the clean after the initial deep clean that Merry Maids offered in "good faith" was unsatisfactory and just a downright disappointment. There was dust everywhere, things weren't moved and swept under, the toilet in the bathroom wasn't clean (how obvious...), etc... we figured we'd continue to give it a chance thinking it'd get better. We were very wrong though. The team had their quality assurance person come out to check and upon arriving home that evening, I wondered how that person was satisfied with the work their staff completed. Maybe my expectations were too high. We've now switched services to another cleaner who charges half the price and meets our expectations. Oh, and when my fiancé called and spoke with the owner and asked if he was okay with his employees doing the bare minimum and not meeting the agreements expectations, the owner laughed at him on the phone and spoke very condescendingly. That all being said, I'd much rather pay another agency who offers premier customer service and support as well as providing what they've agreed to provide, rather than utilize this service ever again.
