I get my MaidPro’s to come once a month and they do an amazing job! Thanks Lily, Anyi and Marcela! Update 6 months later: had to cancel my MaidPro service because the service became sporadic. My usual MaidPro Lily no longer works there so the office sent someone new without telling me and the cleaning just wasn’t worth paying for. None of the women are English speaking so it was hard to tell them to clean the obvious dirt they missed on my shower tiles. The office ladies are nice but I had to call multiple times to get proper service done. They have this 49 point cleaning checklist that they say they do but most of them don’t. I would look for a different service.

Horrendous first attempt, mediocre on the second visit. Called to tell me that they needed more time (extra charge) and even after my "free" second visit we had dirty cabinets. Might be fine for light cleaning (light dusting, toilet brushing, and vacuuming) but scrubbing is not what they do. It's unclear if the issue is time management or fear of using muscles to actually scrub but we were able to clean many times faster than the professionals here. Perhaps they didn't even open the cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom? $400+ for a job poorly done on under 1200sq ft of living space with no furniture. 0/10 would not recommend even though customer service on the phone is nice. Pictures are from cabinets and windows AFTER they came. The last is after the second visit. So many crumbs... Editing to add that I hate leaving bad reviews and I've rarely left one star. I try to be understanding but spending the money we earn on this was simply disgusting.

Not a great place to work. I was with this company for a year and a half. They will write you up for calling out because your child is sick and even with coming back with a drs note. The cleaners work really hard and dont get treated fairly, one time my co- worker fell and hurt her back while we were doing a cleaning and called out the next day and still got written up for it. As a previous employee I have done alot for the supervisors and no appreciation, rescdualed drs appointments, called out of my other job to help them with cleanings, ditched out on family activities or get togethers because cleanings needed to be done. And to top it off some of customers don't show much respect to a cleaner that comes in and is doing their best and busting their ass to get every part of their home spottless. The supervisors have the easy part of the job, they get to sit in the office all day relaxing and schedule cleanings, while the cleaners are out there in all kinds of weather, doing multiple homes a day, and the only benefits are dental and vacation time. It seems like the supervisors care mostly about themselves, hiring a new cleaner, starting at minium wage and promising 14$ and hour when they see your job is great. In my first 6 months I have won employee of the month 3 times, and still after that kept good feedback and high ratings, and a year and a half later in still not getting that 14$ and hour promised. 0 stars goes to the supervisors but 5 stars go to the cleaners for working so hard!

Amazing all-around service. Easy to sign up. No contract. Reasonable rates. Ease of service. Don’t need to be home. Work 60-70 hour weeks and still have a sparkling home. Thoughtful follow ups. Actually enjoy my days off? Supposedly if you feel something was missed they will come back and fix it, but I’ve never needed that. How can you not be happy with something like that?? Would recommend to anyone who can’t keep up with cleaning.

About a year ago, I finally decided to have help with my housecleaning since I was facing several surgeries. I was so pleased that I have continued MaidPro services even though I am completely healthy again. There are many things that I love. For example, Janice is always responsive and prompt. A day or two before 'the date', I receive an email asking what I would like to have done. That information always gets communicated correctly. I have requested to have Vjollca each time, and my wish has been granted. She is wonderful. All details are attended to, and I come home to a sparkling clean home. I couldn't be more pleased.

The cleaning crew did a good job the very first time. After that, their service became sub par. I had to cancel the service despite the company's crew change. They were always done very fast leaving the work undone. They have a very long checklist of things they say they do but you will end up cleaning soon after they leave. The customer service is nice but their crew just doesn't seem to care. Look elsewhere. This is not worth your time
