Big shout out to Bob, Josue and Josh who were were professional, kind and very accommodating. Even with a scheduling hiccup, they were able to get in, do an A+ job, get wrap up with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment! And my constant sinus congestion is gone now. Having your ducts cleaned is no gimmick, I cannot believe the difference in allergy/ sinus relief my whole family has had since our cleaning. Will absolutely be requesting Josue to come back again!

Initially used this company April 2017. Bob was extremely accommodating with schedule and the team arrived completing a professional service. Since February 2018 attempted to schedule another dryer vent service. They have canceled twice on short notice. Offered little in satisfaction (Ann/Bob or Peg). Peg actually stated “it is not good business to only do a dryer service”. Insinuating-my service was not as important as a duct service! FIRED! I wish to tell all that there consumer commitment lacks professional business courtesy and they will never get my business again.

Very happy with the service that was provided. We purchased a new house and the prior owners were heavy smokers. The two techs that came to the house spent several hours cleaning and when finished there was absolutely no smoke smell when we turned the AC on. Great job!

Work was done on time. However, found three of my vent covers were not secured to ceiling. Later found ceiling was damaged during vent clean. Update: changing to 5 star now. The company office called me quickly after I posted this review. They do care about their customers and reputation. They scheduled an appointment next day, fixed all 3 vents, checked and adjusted all vents to my full satisfaction. They are honest, straight forward and efficient person. Would recommend them to my friends.

I can't say if their work is good or not because after 3 appointments they never made it here to clean my ducts. When they called the night before to confirm my first appointment they gave me a time 3 hours later than originally scheduled, but no big deal. Then they called back saying they needed to reschedule. Sure, no problem. Scheduling mishaps happen. An hour past my next appointment time they called to say they were running behind and couldn't make it. No idea why I gave them a third chance, but I made another appointment. I called them 30 min after my appointment time this morning and they said I was never put on the schedule for today. I rearranged my work schedule 3 times. What is my time worth? Apparently 10% off ($40) if I wanted to make a 4th appointment. No thanks. I don't recall even getting an "I'm sorry", just a "I'll look into what happened".
