Carla was very friendly. However, the appointment time we agreed on was 12 and she texted me 12:30 on the day of that she couldn’t make it until 3. I had asked for the deep cleaning but there were several areas that were not even vacuumed. It seemed liked she had doubled booked and quickly went through the house to give the look like everything had been cleaned. Windows were dirty on inside even though the curtains had been pushed to the side.Under the couch and crib were not even touched. Toys were piled into one corner. When I asked her about the vacuuming she said she would get it next time. This was my first and last cleaning service experience. She came so highly recommended and I was looking forward to the extra help. Wondering why I had this awful experience.

Carla and her crew know how to be efficient and thorough! They hit the ground like a swat team and go to work immediately. It's amazing how quickly they can clean and straighten the entire house and be gone again. I never have to question if they're going to show up or what they're going to miss. I have had a number of cleaners over the last 25 years and Carla by far is the most reliable, efficient and caring. It's such a pleasure to come home after they've been to my home and just relax in my clean house. Love them!!
