We used Chem Dry on the North Shore to clean oriental rugs and tile at my dad’s house. I know that the rugs had not been cleaned in decades and I doubt that the tile had ever been professionally cleaned. Everything came out looking like new. The difference was amazing.

I hadn't cleaned my carpets for 8 years. I only used Chem Dry's spot cleaner to spot clean small stains that entire time. I had also used it to clean spills, crayon marks, chocolate etc. on my microfiber furniture with absolutely amazing results. It was exactly as promised. No dirt attracting residue was left and there was never a spot in the same place. I was so impressed with the canned spot remover product that this was why I specifically searched to see if Chem Dry did carpet cleaning in the home. I was thrilled to see that they did. I gave my zip code and was directed to Chem Dry on the North Shore. I called to get a quote and get my carpets cleaned. After speaking with Cindy there was a cancellation in the afternoon so I took it. Frank showed up to help me out. He measured the carpets then gave me a quote. It was just shy of the minimum of $160 so he offered the sanitizer treatment to make up the difference. I also decided I wanted the stain fighter added since I have a toddler and know my future will indeed have more dirty carpets in it! Frank did a fantastic job. He was extremely respectful of my house and daughter. He also paid great attention to hard to remove spots. After all was said and done my carpets looked brand new. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. He did not push any extra product either which I greatly appreciate. If you have dirty carpets just call Chem Dry on the North Shore and get them cleaned. I just wish I didn't wait so long!

I've used Chem Dry for years to do my carpets and upholstery. They always do a great job. They were there for me after my dog died. Near the end she had a lot of accidents and they did an extra good job. They are kind, caring and great at what they do.
