Worse carpet cleaning I have ever seen. Price advertising is a total scam. When they arrive the price went sky high. The carpet was still blotchy with stains after they finished. No one would get back to me to address this. Only wanted me to pay an additional $300. to do more for the floor. Had Stanley Steamer come and in an hour they removed all the stains and did a thorough cleaning of the rug for less then what I paid this carpet company. Do not recommend their service.

My sofa was in very bad condition due to dog vomits. I was about to replace the sofa, but after seeing results they have done with my neighbor sofa, I changed my mind. The sofa looks like new, and there’s no stain on it.

They performed a decent job ...but I was quoted a $69 promotional price over the phone for my 8x10 area rug....but when the guy showed up he said I had a delicate rug and it would cost $200. I wouldn’t recommend them again. He didn’t do anything “extra” to my rug that made it more expensive. I was in a jam and running out of time so I had to accept the terms, but I will not call them again. They have deceptive tactics and I think it’s trashy and a bad business practice to quote someone one thing and turn around and charge over 3x the price. I highly recommend ppl look elsewhere. Also I paid for the guy to park cause I got a call that he can’t pay for parking ....you work in Boston... pay for your own business parking like the rest of us.... or find street parking.... I’m sure you’re not new in Boston..... just a cheap rip off

I called based on reviews on google. They came when scheduled- called the day before to ask if they could come earlier, and showed up on time. They did a basic cleaning of my couch- as promised. guy was friendly and brought his father-in-law along to help him. As it's winter it would have been nice if they would have covered their feet with something, or taken their shoes off, and/or wiped up the residue from their machine, but in terms of couch cleaning they did a fine job.

Worst Carpet Cleaning company in Boston area: Today (Sep 29th, 2014), I booked an appointment with them to come and clean my apartment at 1:00 p.m. So, I took a day off. At 12:45 p.m, I received a call from them saying, something else showed up and they will now be coming at 5:00 p.m. So, at 4:45 p.m, I called them up to remind them about their appointment. They again told me that something else showed up and they will now instead be coming at 8:00 p.m. So, I again waited for them. Then, at 7:30 p.m, they left me a message that now their machine is broken and they want to reschedule. They have wasted my entire day. It is the worst carpet cleaning company that I have ever encountered. Thoroughly unprofessional. Please don't go to them. They will make a fool of you. They did an exceptional job cleaning our entrance way carpet and stairs. We had a few very rough stains and I'm pleasantly surprised they were capable to remove them. They also cleaned our mats which was a great surprise as well!! The technicians were on time, expert, and responsive. It's clear they did a systematic job.

Called them for Carpet cleaning , given an estimate on the phone. After completing the job the price was less than estimated. Carpet looks new like more than expected !!

No honest pricing. Had two rooms to clean in two separate apartments not too far from each other. Talked to the agent and we discussed the pricing and the current promotion they had going on. It was $79.95 for the first with a $10 discount. For the second, place it was going to be again $79.95 with a 15% discount. When the carpet cleaning tech called me he tried to up sell me, which was fine as far as I'm concerned, but when I asked him about the price he told me that there was no $10 discount for either cleaning (although technically the second should have been 15% off). I told him to go home. I called the office as perhaps there was just a simple misunderstanding, it happens. Long story short, when the "boss" finally chimed in, it was going to be $290. I just asked the tech to leave the keys in the apartment. Now I must admit that I thought the first unit was on the second floor. I wasp told no charge if it's on the second floor but third floor or higher there would be one. As it turns out it was on the third so there was going to be, after much thought, a surcharge of $55. When I asked about a $55 charge for bring up the machine one extra floor I was told that it's always $55 if there are stairs and that would apply to second story units as well. Not what I was told. At the end of the day, just seems to be no honest pricing scheme going on here. "Get em as best you can" I would guess is their business model.

This place is a JOKE! If you really want your carpet cleaned, please DO NOT go with these people! They charge you $200 for an area rug to only end up looking like soap was thrown on it with a vacuum cleaning. This is what was considered to be a DEEP CLEANING! With the money spent, one could simply go out and purchase a new one. The staff is are pleasant folks but the manager is another problem. DO NOT trust this company with your rug- they will not deliver to the standards you think of when you ask for a "deep cleaning."

Jason called first thing in the morning to let me know our appointment would be later than originally scheduled and then checked in again after noon to give a more precise time. Even though the app't got set back, the communication is very important and matters most when planning things around your day. He did a great job and was very courteous.

Ridiculous. The website clearly says they will pick up and drop off area rugs for cleaning. The person on the phone tells me they cannot do it at this time but gives me no reason nor can explain if they will be able to at some point in the future. Completely unhelpful and terrible customer service. Plus, why can't they give you an estimate over the phone? A range or some indication as to the potential cost. Avoid this place.

They gave the rate of $79 for two rooms. The apartment to be cleaned is a tiny south end 1 bed. The whole place is essientially one tiny room. First, they try to reschedule on two different points the day of the cleaning. Then, when they get here for the appointment, they try to charge me $140 because I have to "make it worth his while". I DON'T THINK SO!! I do not care that you parked down the street or that you have to climb stairs. This is BOSTON. I'm paying for cleaning, not your gym membership. Giving one price over the phone and another almost twice as high in person is a classic bate and switch which I'm pretty sure the state of Massachusetts protects the consumer from. I had to take time off work to be at home at 4:00. If any one should be paying for something, it should be this company reimbursing me for TIME WASTED. Three words: Better Business Bureau.

My son has spilled wine on the carpet. I had cleaned it with cleaner but it the stains were still there. Then my friend recommended me this company, they’d done brilliant job with carpets. All the stains were gone, and great pricing too..
