Best Brazilian House Cleaning Services did a fantastic job of deep cleaning my house. Unfortunately, in August I had an unplanned renovation due to a cracked HVAC line. My recently deceased husband's office had a bowed ceiling, water on the floor and has had to be rebuilt. Despite my best efforts, the house was dirty from people in and out and plastering, painting etc. Luziana and her staff surpassed my expectations. Not only was the house very clean again, but the furniture was arranged in ways I had not thought of ... flowers were cut from my garden and placed in vases. Really bad service! This people came to my house and left so much to be done... fireplace mantel with dust; didn’t clean under the bed; bathroom sink with beard hair; ashtray dirt; beds undone; trash can in bathroom full; trash can in kitchen full; wood floor unwashed; table with a big drink spill and much more! When I sent the pictures to the owner of some of the things that were not done in the house, she called me, started to yell at me, calling me a liar, saying she was a professional and I was crazy. It’s funny how some people seem to be so normal at first and then they reveal their true self! I came to find out that other people had the same problem with this Luziana Wolfer and there was even accusations of missing jewelry in some places. Omg, and to think I had this crazy person in my house!

I tried to get an estimate for cleaning services and during the process I asked if they carried workers compensation insurance. I don't want her staff going after my home owners insurance if they get hurt in my house. The owner dodged my question so I asked again. She continued to dodge my question 3 more times. Then I called the Rhode Island Dept. of Labor to check their insurance status and sure enough they are not insured. I was told that if they are operating with staff and no insurance, that they are operating illegally. I gave them links to company's website and Google profile and was told a fraud investigation would be started against them for operating illegally. Think twice about hiring. Don't put your assets at risk because they don't carry the proper insurances to protect you.

We hired this company (Best Brazilian House Cleaning Services, Cumberland, RI) based on google ratings. The owner and her Niece came out and was very nice. We were happy with them in the beginning. However, didn't take long to become disappointed in the quality of work. After spending $550 on 2.5 hours cleaning I would expect professional and a clean home. I would never use this company and would not recommend it to anyone. The owner is so unprofessional, she won't listen when you give her a feedback.

We hired Luciana and her team for a one time cleaning after emptying out my parents home of 58 years. They were elderly and the house was let go pretty badly for quite awhile. To me it seemed a daunting task. Luciana was very responsive and worked us into her schedule to get it done pretty quickly. As it turned out, there was one room we still needed for some remaining belonging we still had note figured out what to do with that we asked them not to clean at the last minute. She was very flexible in working out an alternative price after the fact. BTW this was a 4 bed 2 bath house with full basement and garage and big screen porch. They got it all done with a few very minor misses. Very impressive. Bottom line - they did a great job in a challenging situation, were flexible and easy to work with.

Extremely professional and thorough house cleaning! The house looks better than when we moved in. We hired the Best Brazilian House Cleaning service for a move-out, one-time cleaning to satisfy our lease agreement, and we were not disappointed! They were very thorough and expedient - five ladies showed up on the cleaning day and were done with our 2100 sq. ft. house in under three hours. And the job wasn't rushed at all - they got every nook and cranny tidied up. They even offered to do some services (exterior windows, hard wood floor shining and cleaning, etc.) which we didn't take them up on, but I'm sure they would have done a good job on those if the rest of the house is any indication. Total cost was ~$450 for a one-time DEEP cleaning for our move-out, and was worth it for the peace of mind we have as we leave RI.

The deep cleaning that the team did for me today was outstanding—just exactly what I would expect and more. My house not only looked and smelled super clean when I walked in, but also it actually is clean, from the baseboards and rugs to the tub and sinks, to under and behind the furniture. The house is spotless and dust-free, which is a major accomplishment given my constantly shedding dog. I am very happy with the work the team did today, and the price was very reasonable given the time and care that they took. Based on today’s work, I plan to continue using Best Brazilian for regular cleanings.

If I could have rated the service with less than 1 Star, I would have. They didn't clean the floors at all, in fact the floors were dirtier when they left than when they arrived as they placed everything on her floor and wiped crumbs there from the counters. Bath body sponges were left on the toilet, they were to use their own supplies but instead used ours and even took a paper towels from our home. During the cleaning the owner and her partner were cussing and talking a lot, even though they are being paid $500 for 3 hours. When we call to complain about the awful cleaning job, the owner of Best Brazilian House Cleaning Services, Cumberland, RI couldn't have been less helpful. I forgot, they ask me when they came to my house if I could write a positive review and give them high ratings on google.
